Soft upper trim for switch assembly of vehicle door and method of manufacturing the same
Provided is a soft upper trim of a vehicle door, in which an upper substrate, a foam, and a transparent skin are laminated, and particularly, to a soft upper trim for switch assembly of a vehicle door, in which a switch, which is configured to preserve continuity of a transparent skin and display lock and unlock symbols on the transparent skin, is easily assembled to an upper substrate, and a method of manufacturing the same.
KEYBOARD DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A keyboard device includes a keyboard base, a flexible protection cover and a protective frame. The flexible protection cover is located over the keyboard base to cover the key structures that are disposed on the keyboard base. The protective frame is disposed on the flexible protection cover. Moreover, plural hollow protrusion structures of the flexible protection cover are partially penetrated through corresponding openings of the protective frame and exposed outside the protective frame. The elastic buffering parts of the flexible protection cover are disposed within corresponding concave structures of the protective frame and covered by the protective frame.
CAUTERIZING DEVICE AND SYSTEM
An electrocautery device and system include retractability and extension of a cauterizing tip without impacting or applying backpressure to the supporting electrical components inside the device. In some embodiments, a conductive rail is in constant contact with a spring contact electrically coupled to the power source as the cauterizing tip is retracted or extended from the main housing. Some embodiments include a vacuum system that draws fluid from the treatment site during operation. The fluid travels through a passageway that is sealed off from the electrical components by virtue of aspects of the device. Some embodiments include an ergonomic design and are lower cost by using membrane switch circuits instead of a printed circuit board.
PROTECTIVE BAG AND DISPENSER TO MAKE MOBILE DEVICES MORE HYGIENIC
A protective bag into which a mobile device can be placed to limit exposure of the device to unsanitary conditions or conversely to limit exposure of other surfaces to an unsanitary mobile device. The protective bags are distributed to users using a dispenser. The system improves overall hygiene associated with use of mobile devices.
WATERPROOF KEYBOARD STRUCTURE AND ASSEMBLY METHOD THEREOF
A waterproof keyboard structure and an assembly method thereof are provided. The waterproof keyboard structure includes a keyboard module, and a keyboard frame framing on the keyboard module, wherein an elastic waterproof layer is formed by means of double injection or insert molding on the keyboard frame. The keyboard module is defined with a key surface, and an assembly surface arranged back-to-back to the key surface. The elastic waterproof layer is clad on the key surface, and the keyboard module with the assembly surface facing a seat is assembled together with the keyboard frame in an accommodating space, thereby having the elastic waterproof layer closely fit with the seat to form a waterproof ring.
BUTTON DECK ASSEMBLY FOR AN ELECTRONIC GAMING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME
A button deck assembly includes a button deck having at least one mechanical pushbutton, the pushbutton includes a lens cap, a liquid-crystal display (LCD) panel, and an optical block configured to transmit images from the LCD panel for display through the lens cap, a bottom surface of the optical block is positioned on the LCD panel, an air gap is defined between a top surface of the optical block and the lens cap. The assembly also includes a printed circuit board (PCB) assembly defining a PCB aperture, the PCB aperture is sized to receive the optical block, and an elastomeric membrane defining a membrane aperture sized to receive the optical block, the optical block extends from the LCD panel through the PCB and membrane apertures, the membrane channels fluid flow to outer edges of the membrane and around the PCB assembly and the LCD panel.
MEMBRANE SEALED KEYBOARD
Keyboards and other input devices are provided with at least one flexible layer that extends over or under the keycaps. The flexible layer spans interkey spaces and lies between inner and outer keycaps. The flexible layer prevents intrusion of invasive material to the keyboard mechanisms and simplifies the appearance of the keyboard area. Some flexible layers help align keycaps by connecting inner and outer keycaps or by providing a mechanical connection interface for the keycaps. Some membranes used in the flexible layer have a layered or composite construction that increases durability and tear resistance by attaching or infusing a mesh material or other tough material to a less durable, elastic material.
SWITCH INCLUDING WATERPROOF AND LIGHT LEAK PREVENTION STRUCTURE
A switch including a waterproof and light leak prevention structure is disclosed. The switch according to an embodiment of the present invention is a switch including a light emitting member and a push switch on a mount, and includes a switch including a cover plate provided on the mount and configured to cover the light emitting member and the push switch, and the cover plate comprises includes a rubber dome disposed at a position corresponding to the push switch, a light emitting member cover configured to cover the light emitting member at a predetermined distance from an upper surface of the light emitting member, and a light leak prevention protrusion configured to surround a periphery of the light emitting member and to extend upward up to a predetermined height.
Electronic Switch Mechanism
A switch mechanism (12) includes a housing (16, 18) with a fenestration (21), a switch element (22) held in the housing, and a membrane switch held in the fenestration. The membrane switch includes a flexible membrane (20) and a rigid rib (26). The rib is constrained to linear movement by guides (37, 38) in the housing so that contact with the membrane causes the membrane to deform and the rib to translate to actuate the switch element.
