Multi-die memory device
A memory is disclosed that includes a logic die having first and second memory interface circuits. A first memory die is stacked with the logic die, and includes first and second memory arrays. The first memory array couples to the first memory interface circuit. The second memory array couples to the second interface circuit. A second memory die is stacked with the logic die and the first memory die. The second memory die includes third and fourth memory arrays. The third memory array couples to the first memory interface circuit. The fourth memory array couples to the second memory interface circuit. Accesses to the first and third memory arrays are carried out independently from accesses to the second and fourth memory arrays.
STRETCHABLE AND SELF-HEALING SOLDERS FOR DIES AND COMPONENTS IN MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENTS

Semiconductor device
To provide a technique capable of reducing the chip size of a semiconductor chip and particularly, a technique capable of reducing the chip size of a semiconductor chip in the form of a rectangle that constitutes an LCD driver by devising a layout arrangement in a short-side direction. In a semiconductor chip that constitutes an LCD driver, input protection circuits are arranged in a lower layer of part of a plurality of input bump electrodes and on the other hand, in a lower layer of the other part of the input bump electrodes, the input protection circuits are not arranged but SRAMs (internal circuits) are arranged.
Method for applying a bonding layer
A method for applying a bonding layer that is comprised of a basic layer and a protective layer on a substrate with the following method steps: application of an oxidizable basic material as a basic layer on a bonding side of the substrate, at least partial covering of the basic layer with a protective material that is at least partially dissolvable in the basic material as a protective layer. In addition, the invention relates to a corresponding substrate.
LIQUID METAL SHIELD FOR FINE PITCH INTERCONNECTS
The present disclosure generally relates to an electronic assembly. The electronic assembly may include a substrate including a plurality of first contact pads, a plurality of second contact pads, and a plurality of third contact pads. The electronic assembly may include a first device including a first footprint coupled to the substrate at a first surface. The electronic assembly may include a frame arranged between the first device and the substrate, the frame including a dielectric material, the frame further including a main frame extending around the first device, and further including a plurality of sub-frames encircling the plurality of first contact pads and the plurality of second contact pads on the substrate, wherein the frame may further include a conductive layer extending at least partially across the main frame.

3D IC METHOD AND DEVICE
A method of three-dimensionally integrating elements such as singulated die or wafers and an integrated structure having connected elements such as singulated dies or wafers. Either or both of the die and wafer may have semiconductor devices formed therein. A first element having a first contact structure is bonded to a second element having a second contact structure. First and second contact structures can be exposed at bonding and electrically interconnected as a result of the bonding. A via may be etched and filled after bonding to expose and form an electrical interconnect to interconnected first and second contact structures and provide electrical access to this interconnect from a surface.
