Device for marking natural and artificial grass areas
A device for marking natural and artificial grass surfaces, which comprises a mowing drum linked to a chassis, wherein the mowing drum comprises a plurality of cutting elements and can rotate around a main shaft, where a perforated sheet is arranged between the mowing drum and the grass surface, with said perforated sheet comprising a plurality of holes cut to an appropriate size so as to allow blades of grass to pass through them, in addition to an opening configured to facilitate the passage blades of grass to be cut by the cutting element.
A CHLOROPHYLL-BASED AGENT FOR MARKING LIVING GREENERY
An outdoor marking product comprising a chlorophyll-based agent for highlighting living greenery. The chlorophyll-based agent can be non-detrimental to the health of the living greenery. When viewed by a viewer at a minimum predefined viewing distance, the living greenery treated with the chlorophyll-based agent can be visibly distinguishable from and shinier than neighboring untreated living greenery. When the viewer is nearer than the minimum predefined viewing distance, the difference in shine and color between the treated living greenery and the untreated living greenery can be substantially unnoticeable.
Swather tractor with a compressor attachment
A swather includes a swath compression panel with a downwardly and rearwardly inclined undersurface for applying a downward compression force on the swath between the front and rear wheels. A mounting assembly includes an actuator operable in response to a speed and/or direction of travel of the tractor for raising the panel to a retracted position under the tractor. A bottom stop halts downward movement of the actuator before the panel engages the ground. The panel includes an upwardly and rearwardly inclined curved rear portion to smoothly release the compressed crop. The panel is mounted on the tractor frame at a position thereon rearward of a transverse beam connected to the front wheels so that the swath is released from the discharge opening of the header and can expand for discharge to the ground before the swath is engaged by the front end of the panel.
Mulching Device for Processing Plant Stubble on a Field
A mulching device is equipped with a tool that can be set into rotation about an axis of rotation tilted upwards and to the rear in order to process plant stubble. The rotational direction of the tool can be selected such that the tool is pressed back out of the ground by the driving torque in the event of an overload.
UNOBTRUSIVE MARKINGS USING A CHLOROPHYLL-BASED AGENT
An improved advertising system can include a location having a substantially large expanse of living greenery, a predetermined design for an advertisement, and a chlorophyll-based agent. The location can be observable by viewers at a predefined minimum viewing distance. The chlorophyll-based agent can be used to paint the predetermined design on the living greenery. The chlorophyll-based agent can be non-detrimental to the health of the living greenery. The predetermined design painted on the living greenery with the chlorophyll-based agent can be only viewable by viewers at the predefined minimum viewing distance. Living greenery treated with the chlorophyll-based agent can be visibly distinguishable from and shinier than neighboring untreated living greenery. When a viewer is nearer than the minimum predefined viewing distance, a difference in shine and color between the treated living greenery and the untreated living greenery can be substantially unnoticeable.
System and method for monitoring an extractor fan of an agricultural harvester
A system for monitoring an extractor fan of an agricultural harvester includes an extractor fan having a shaft configured to be coupled to a rotational drive source for rotationally driving the shaft, a fan hub coupled to a lower shaft end of the shaft such that rotation of the shaft rotationally drives the fan hub about a fan hub axis, with the fan hub extending between an upstream side and a downstream side along the fan hub axis, and fan blades coupled to and extending radially outwardly from the fan hub. The system further includes a sensor that generates data indicative of acceleration of the extractor fan. Additionally, the system includes a computing system that determines an acceleration of the extractor fan based at least in part on the data, and determines whether the extractor is imbalanced based at least in part on the acceleration of the extractor fan.
De-grasser system
A de-grassing system having a body, a handle, and a cutter; the body having a longitudinal hollow chamber with an axis extending axially there through, with a top and bottom, the chamber further having a port permitting water to egress; the handle having a longitudinal hollow cylinder having a proximal and distal end, wherein the proximal end has a substantially perpendicular longitudinal hollow cylinder affixed thereto at the midpoint of the substantially perpendicular longitudinal hollow cylinder, wherein the substantially perpendicular longitudinal cylinder has a pair of ends providing means for rotating the system about the axis; the top connecting outwardly from the chamber for receiving the distal end of the handle; and the cutter forming the bottom, having a plurality of teeth extending axially outwardly from the chamber to engulf the sprinkler head.
Grass cutter
A body unit of a grass cutter incorporates a deceleration mechanism unit. The deceleration mechanism unit has a ring gear-side member, a sun gear-side member, a retainer board member, and a small gear. Eleven rollers mounted on the retainer board member are each provided in a gap between a ring gear-side guide and a sun gear-side guide, and engagement portions of the rollers are in contact with both the ring gear-side guide and the sun gear-side guide. The small gear engages with both a ring gear and a sun gear.
Selective herbicide and responsible pesticide allocation apparatus and system
A lawn treatment apparatus, system and method employs a scanning apparatus to detect the presence of an area to be selectively treated with an herbicide, pesticide or fungicide. The apparatus includes a multicompartmental cartridge that holds different chemicals and selectively applies the chemicals to the area of the lawn requiring treatment.
UNWANTED PLANT REMOVAL SYSTEM HAVING VARIABLE OPTICS
Embodiments of an apparatus and methods can removing unwanted plants or weeds from an area such as an agricultural plot or lawn. The apparatus includes a three-dimensional imager configured to capture plant images and locate plants; an image processor configured to distinguish between wanted and unwanted plants based upon the captured plant images; at least one laser device configured to emit a laser beam having power sufficient to damage the unwanted plants; a guidance system configured to direct at least one laser beam toward the unwanted plant; and a chassis configured to support the three-dimensional imager, the laser device, and the guidance system. The chassis is configured to be moved across the area.
