The present disclosure provides a battery product and an assembling method of the battery product, the battery product comprises a box and a heating connector. The box comprises a mounting panel. The mounting panel has a first receptacle portion and a second receptacle portion, and the second receptacle portion and the first receptacle portion are provided opposite to each other and communicating with each other. The heating connector comprises: a first plug assembly being mounted on the first receptacle portion; and a second plug assembly being mounted on the second receptacle portion. Compared with the technology related to the background, the battery product is equivalent to directly integrating the receptacle of the heating connector on the mounting panel, which not only eliminates the manner of fixing by the bolt, but also improves the integration of the battery product, thereby improving the space utilization and energy density.

Battery connectors for implantable medical devices

Implantable medical devices that include a battery to power circuitry utilize a battery connector to electrically interconnect the battery to the circuitry. The battery connector may be mounted directly to a device housing to have the battery connector a fixed position within the device. Battery terminals of the battery are electrically connected to terminals on the battery connector, and the terminals on the battery connector are electrically connected to power terminals of the circuitry. The battery connector may include various features such as mounting grooves formed in a connector body, tapered pins to connect to power terminals on a circuit board, as well as plates to engage the battery terminals. The device housing may provide mounting features that allow the battery connector to be affixed directly to the device housing.

Battery case

Provided is a battery case for accommodating a coin cell battery which is inserted thereinto in a sliding manner. The battery case includes: a battery case body part which includes an opening for accommodating the coin battery and in which the accommodated coin cell battery is held; and a lid part which closes the opening of the battery case body part. The lid part includes a claw part which, upon closing of the opening, is fitted and inserted into the battery case body part, and with which, upon removal of the coin cell battery held in the battery case body part, the coin battery is pushed out in a direction opposite to a direction of insertion.

The casing has a vent configured to allow gas generated in the battery cell to be discharged therethrough, and a sound generator installed in the vent so as to block the vent hole. The sound generator is configured to allow the gas to pass therethrough, and generate a sound by the flow of the gas when the gas is discharged from the casing through the vent hole.
