BATTERY MODULE AND BATTERY PACK INCLUDING THE SAME
A battery module according to the embodiment of the present disclosure includes a battery cell stack including a plurality of battery cells stacked in a first direction, a housing for the battery cell stack, a first thermally conductive resin layer located between the battery cell stack and a lower portion of the housing, and a second thermally conductive resin layer located between the battery cell stack and an upper portion of the housing, wherein at least one first injection hole for injecting a thermally conductive resin is formed in the upper portion of the housing.
ARRANGEMENT FOR TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT ON A BATTERY CELL, AND BATTERY CELL HAVING SUCH AN ARRANGEMENT
An arrangement for temperature measurement on a solid body includes an annularly closed elastic band, along the circumference of which at least two temperature sensors are arranged at a distance from one another, preferably in a manner distributed uniformly along the circumference of the annularly closed elastic band. The annularly closed elastic band preferably incudes an electrically non-conductive, thermally conductive and/or heat-resistant material. The arrangement for temperature measurement can further be arranged in a groove which runs around the solid body. The solid body may be, for example, a battery cell.

Battery pack
Provided is a battery pack comprising a plurality of batteries; and a plurality of memories that correspond respectively to the batteries and that each record deterioration information of the corresponding battery. Each set of a battery and a corresponding memory may be formed integrally as a battery cell. As a result, the deterioration information of each battery cell can be known even after the battery pack is disassembled.
Battery housing
Disclosed is a battery comprising a cover; a housing having a base, two side walls, and two end walls; a cell wall spanning between the first and second side walls defining two cells; a battery element provided within a cell, the battery element having a bottom; an element bottom gap, the element bottom gap defined in a first and second dimension by the cell width and length, and a third dimension by the distance between the base and bottom of the battery element.
Energy storage module
An energy storage module includes: a cover member accommodating a plurality of battery cells in an internal receiving space, each of the battery cells including a vent; a top plate coupled to a top of the cover member and including a duct corresponding to the vent of at least one of the battery cells; a top cover coupled to a top of the top plate and having an exhaust area corresponding to the duct, the exhaust area having a plurality of discharge openings, the top cover including a protrusion protruding from a bottom surface of the top cover, the protrusion extending around a periphery of the exhaust area and around a distal end of the duct; and an extinguisher sheet between the top cover and the top plate, the extinguisher sheet being configured to emit a fire extinguishing agent at a reference temperature.
Battery module
Provided is a battery module including a plurality of battery cells stacked on one another and being capable of effectively preventing damage to the battery cells despite such a configuration. A battery module 1 includes a plurality of battery cells 10 stacked on one another and a battery cell support 2. The battery cells 10 each include a battery 11 and an exterior casing 12 accommodating the battery 11. The battery cell support 2 is disposed between the plurality of battery cells 10. The battery module preferably further includes a fixation film 6 wound around the plurality of battery cells in a stacking direction and fixing the plurality of battery cells.
