BATTERY PACK ISOLATION SYSTEM
The present disclosure is directed to a cordless power tool vibration isolation system. A solution to negative impacts of vibration on a removable battery pack caused by operation of a cordless power tool. Isolating the battery pack from the power tool reduces wear and tear on the battery pack including the pack housing, the pack terminals and internal pack components. A battery pack interface of the power tool including a discrete interface housing that mates with the battery pack and a vibration isolation element that separates and isolates the combination of the discrete interface housing and the battery pack from the power tool and the power tool's associated motor induced vibrations.
BATTERY MODULE, A BATTERY PACK, AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE, AND A METHOD OF MOUNTING A BATTERY MODULE
A battery module includes a plurality of secondary battery cells and a negative current collector. Each of the secondary battery cells includes an electrode assembly including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, a case accommodating the electrode assembly, a positive terminal electrically connected to the positive electrode, and a negative terminal electrically connected to the negative electrode. The case of each of the plurality of secondary battery cells has a groove that is part of the negative terminal. The negative current collector includes a negative connection portion mechanically and electrically connected with a first one of the plurality of secondary battery cells by a first press fit connection in the groove of the case.

Interlocking integrated battery structure for an electronic stylus
The disclosed technology provides for a device and method related to powering an electronic stylus with a removable, integrated battery that acts as a structural segment and external casing along the long axis of the stylus body. The integrated battery incorporates interlocking features, which removes the need for an external tube around a battery cell. As a result, the electronic stylus has one structural component performing multiple functions (e.g., providing power, functioning as the stylus casing), which achieves a more lightweight and compact electronic stylus. The placement of the battery along the long axis can vary to provide comfortable weight distribution for writing, which can involve an interlocking interface at one end of the battery or at both ends of the battery (e.g., to interlock with one or both ends of the electronic stylus).
Fixing element for a battery pack of a vehicle, and battery pack for vehicle including the same
A battery pack for a vehicle is provided. The battery pack comprises: at least one battery module including a plurality of secondary battery cells, a metal framework for supporting the at least one battery module, the framework including a plurality of slots extending from a bottom side to an opposing mounting side of the battery pack, and an insert tightly positioned within each slot, the insert being made of a similar material as the framework and including a through-hole adapted for accommodating a fixation element.
BATTERY MODULE
A battery module includes: a cell stack including a plurality of unit cells arranged in a first direction; and an insulating member around the plurality of unit cells; a plurality of module housings, each of the module housings including a plurality of receiving parts and receiving the cell stack; and a coupling part, and each of the receiving parts includes a fixing wall around the cell stack and having at least a portion which is in contact with the cell stack, and the fixing wall includes end walls at respective sides of each of the receiving parts in the first direction to engage end surfaces of respective sides of the cell stack in the first direction, and the coupling part is configured to be coupled to the coupling part of an adjacent battery module.
