Dual Vaporizer Battery Device

A dual vaporizer battery device is provided. The device includes a first battery housing having a first end opposite a second end and a second battery housing having a proximal end opposite a distal end. A first battery is disposed within the first battery housing and a second battery is disposed within the second battery housing. The first end is pivotally affixed to the proximal end via a hinge. The first battery housing is selectively movable relative to the second battery housing between a linear configuration and a parallel configuration. The first battery housing is coaxial relative to the second battery housing when in the linear configuration. A connector is disposed on each of the second end and the distal end, wherein each connector removably secures a vaporizer housing thereto, such that each vaporizer housing is in operable communication with each of the first and second batteries.

ELECTRIC DEVICE SYSTEM AND BATTERY PACK

The present invention achieves an electric device system having: a low/intermediate-voltage battery pack 201 capable of outputting a low voltage (18 V) or an intermediate voltage (36 V); an intermediate/high-voltage battery pack 301 capable of outputting the intermediate voltage or a high voltage (72 V); a low-voltage device main body 1 configured to be connected to the low/intermediate-voltage battery pack and supplied with the low voltage; an intermediate-voltage device main body 31 configured to be connected to the low/intermediate-voltage battery pack and the intermediate/high-voltage battery pack and supplied with the intermediate voltage; and a high-voltage device main body 61 configured to be connected to the intermediate/high-voltage battery pack and supplied with the high voltage.

Charger and charging method

This charger 1 is provided with: a battery housing unit 2 including a first contact T1 and a second contact T2 which touch the respective electrode terminals of a battery BAT to be housed therein; a high-potential power supply line 3 and a low-potential power supply line 4 to which power for charging the battery BAT is supplied; a connection switching circuit 5 capable of switching between a first connection state in which the first contact T1 is connected to the high-potential power supply line 3 and the second contact T2 is connected to the low-potential power supply line 4 and a second connection state in which the second contact T2 is connected to the high-potential power supply line 3 and the first contact T1 is connected to the low-potential power supply line 4; and a control device 7 for controlling the connection switching circuit 5 to perform charging control on the battery BAT. The control device 7 performs preliminary charging on the battery BAT in the first connection state and, when a battery voltage VB does not exceed a set voltage VS, switches the connection state to the second connection state and performs preliminary and normal charging on the battery BAT.

Charger and charging method

This charger 1 is provided with: a battery housing unit 2 including a first contact T1 and a second contact T2 which touch the respective electrode terminals of a battery BAT to be housed therein; a high-potential power supply line 3 and a low-potential power supply line 4 to which power for charging the battery BAT is supplied; a connection switching circuit 5 capable of switching between a first connection state in which the first contact T1 is connected to the high-potential power supply line 3 and the second contact T2 is connected to the low-potential power supply line 4 and a second connection state in which the second contact T2 is connected to the high-potential power supply line 3 and the first contact T1 is connected to the low-potential power supply line 4; and a control device 7 for controlling the connection switching circuit 5 to perform charging control on the battery BAT. The control device 7 performs preliminary charging on the battery BAT in the first connection state and, when a battery voltage VB does not exceed a set voltage VS, switches the connection state to the second connection state and performs preliminary and normal charging on the battery BAT.

The battery pack may have switch plates connected for combining all battery cells into one electrical circuit. The power supply control board (PCB) may be connected to the battery pack through one or more contact plates made up of alloy. The battery cell terminals may be welded to the first surface of the contact plates. Second surface of the contact plates may be soldered to the PCB. PCB may contain switch knobs and power supply charge indicator functionalities. PCB may also have a set of pins that may be used to install and commission the power supply at UVA quickly and efficiently.
