SEPARABLE AND REGENERATIVE FOOTWEAR
A separable footwear article comprising an outsole oriented at a bottom of the footwear and configured for ground contact, the outsole comprising a first material, an upper portion comprising a second material different from the first material, and a welt positioned between the outsole and the upper. The welt is releasably coupled to the outsole with a first thread using a first stitching technique, and releasably coupled to the upper portion with a second thread using a second stitching technique. The outsole, the upper portion, and the welt are configured to be separated upon receipt of a pulling force upon the first thread and the second thread sufficient to remove the first thread and the second thread from the footwear article.

Article of Footwear for Sand Surfaces
The present invention relates to an article of footwear for walking on sand and other surfaces. The outsole of the footwear includes a lugged tread pattern like that of a tractor tire for traction while walking on sand and other like surfaces. Cushioning on the insole moderates the impact when a wearer walks on a hard surface. The footwear has an upper section to cover a portion of the foot of a user and provides a semi-closed design, wherein the upper section has a pair of inter-woven flaps and is sewn or glued to the insole of the footwear. The footwear is available in various sizes, styles, and designs to accommodate all adults and children. The footwear can be worn in any outdoor setting to maintain stability on sand, gravel, grass, dirt, and other like surfaces, while the footwear is also suitable to wear in other outdoor and indoor settings.

Footwear midsole with warped lattice structure and method of making the same
A midsole for an article of footwear including a three dimensional mesh including interconnected unit cells and methods of making the same. The interconnected unit cells each include a plurality of struts defining a three dimensional shape. The interconnected unit cells are connected at nodes having a valence number defined by the number of struts connected at that node. The valence number of the nodes may vary to provide customized characteristics to zones or portions of the midsole. The plurality of interconnected unit cells may be organized in a warped cubic lattice structure. The warped cubic lattice structure and the size/shape of interconnected unit cells may vary to provide customized characteristics to zones or portions of the midsole. The three dimensional mesh may be customized based on a biometric data profile for an individual, or group of individuals. The midsole may be manufactured using an additive manufacturing process.

Method for preparing shoe shell, and twice opening-mold shoe-making mold
A method for preparing a shoe shell using a twice-opening-mold shoe-making mold comprises steps of preparing rubber for the shoe shell and cutting the rubber for the shoe shell into elongated or square sizes; heating the twice-opening-mold shoe-making mold to required temperatures within 3 hour; and opening the twice-opening-mold shoe-making mold with the bottom mold of the twice-opening-mold shoe-making mold being opened in a direction away from the mold main body of the twice-opening-mold shoe-making mold; putting the rubber for the shoe shell into the twice-opening-mold shoe-making mold; closing the bottom mold towards the mold main body, lifting the mold inner edge of the twice-opening-mold shoe-making mold to be stored into the mold main body until the bottom mold and the mold main body are closed, and performing a heating for 2-8 minutes; separating the bottom mold from the mold main body periodically during heating; reopening the twice-opening-mold shoe-making mold; taking out a semi-finished shoe shell; and trimming the semi-finished shoe shell.

FOOTWEAR MIDSOLE, METHOD OF MANUFACTURE AND MOULD FOR THE MANUFACTURE THEREOF
A footwear midsole, method of manufacture and mould for the manufacture thereof, which relates to a footwear midsole and a method for the manufacture of a footwear midsole obtained by moulding. The midsole presents a first body with a hollow or recess that determines perimeter walls in said first body with an intermediate filling that extends above the perimeter walls and a third material, acting as a lining, overlaid on the second material. The method uses a special mould which, in addition to a lower part and an upper part, is equipped with an intermediate piece, such that the method presents a casting phase between the aforementioned walls of a filling layer of said second material, preferably polyurethane.
