Polyurethane injected boot assembly and associated manufacturing method
A footwear assembly having an upper that comprises a neoprene sock with a foot portion integrally connected to a leg portion. The foot portion has heel, vamp and under-foot portions. The leg portion has front shin, side wall, and rear calf-side portions. The upper has a unitary, outer, injection molded layer molded directly onto the foot and shin portions of the neoprene sock, while the sidewall and rear calf-side portions remain substantially uncovered by the injection molded layer. The injection molded layer encases the foot portion of the neoprene sock. The injection molded layer on the shin portion defines a shin guard portion having a necked down area integrally connected to the injection molded layer at the vamp portion, wherein the shin guard extends upwardly from the necked-down portion in an outwardly diverging shape away from the vamp.

PLASTIC FOOTWEAR WITH INNER LINER AND OUTER LINER OF WOVEN OR NON WOVEN FABRIC
A pressure injected plastic footwear is provided characterized in that comprising double liner made of fabric, one on the inside part and one on the outside part; both liners may be identical or different and provide the footwear with special characteristics such as being fire retardant, antifungal, anti-mold and hermetic to moisture and liquid water as well as thermal insulating.
Non-Toxin Adhesiveless Slipper and Processing Method Thereof
Non-toxin adhesiveless slipper includes an upper portion and a lower portion; wherein the upper portion and the lower portion are bonded with each other by an adhesive film. A processing method for bonding an upper portion and a lower portion together, including steps of: a. heat melting the EVA and the EAA to form a fluid compound, and blowing the fluid compound on a bottom surface of the upper portion to form an adhesive film; b. placing an isolated paper on the adhesive film; c. placing the upper portion into a heat-pressing machine to ensure the adhesive film and isolated paper securely attached on the bottom surface of the upper portion; d. placing a rubber sheet on a mold to process a heat pressing and then removing the remaining rubber on the contours of the mold to form the lower portion; e. placing the upper portion and the lower portion into a sectional die, and then processing the heat-pressing.
Silicon rubber healthcare footwear article with silicon rubber insole and its manufacturing method
A healthcare footwear article includes an upper shoe body and a sole member provided underneath the upper shoe body and is connected with the upper shoe body to form an integral body. The upper shoe body and the sole member is configured from a material consisting of approximately 70% to approximately 80% of silicon rubber by weight, approximately 5% to approximately 20% of negative ion powder by weight, approximately 2% to approximately 7% of antiwear agent by weight, approximately 5% to approximately 20% of titanium powder by weight, approximately 0.1% to approximately 1.5% of vulcanizing agent by weight, approximately 5% to approximately 10% of infrared ray powder by weight, and approximately 0.1% to approximately 8% of dye by weight.

Sole structure for a running shoe
A sole structure for a running shoe is presented having an outsole and a midsole. The sole structure includes a plurality of hollow elements, which are closed off in each case by front flanks and rear flanks, and have spaced-apart upper inner surfaces and lower inner surfaces, that forces to which the hollow elements are subjected when the runner is running are absorbed by these hollow elements in each case with deformation, with the spacing between their inner surfaces decreasing in the process. The upper inner surfaces of the hollow elements are formed on the underside of the midsole, that the lower inner surfaces of the hollow elements are formed on the upper side of the outsole, which is fastened on the underside of the midsole in each case in front of, and behind, the hollow elements, the front flanks and the rear flanks likewise forming part of the outsole.
Bow Boot
A boot including a bow-shaped structure is disclosed to prevent water entry from the mouth of the boot. The boot generally includes a sole, an upper portion attached to the sole, a foot portion, a leg portion, and a bow-shaped structure on the front and sides of the leg portion. The edge of the bow-shaped structure tapers up towards the front of the leg portion. The bow part of the bow-shaped structure preferably project outwards 1.75 inches from the surface of the leg portion. While walking in deep water, the bow-shaped structure breaks the upward movement of the water and pushes it back down. The bow-shaped structure is molded onto the boot during the manufacturing of the boot. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a bow-shaped structure that can be attached to leg portion of a boot is provided.
Self-recovering impact absorbing footwear
An impact absorbing footwear device employs opposed planar sole portions engaged by a selective resistance coupling that biases the opposed planar sole portions in a non-linear manner in response to forces exerted by the wearer against the sole portion in frictional contact with a floor surface. The planar sole portions are disposed in a footwear appliance that takes the form of an athletic shoe sole. The selective resistance coupling includes a plurality of resilient deformation members that engage the planar sole portions in an opposed circumferentially aligned manner, selectively deform in response to pressure exerted by the wearer for preventing ACL and other impact related injuries, and recover to an undeformed rest position without breakaway to allow the wearer uninterrupted usage while dampening forces that surpass an injury threshold from the resilient deformation that allows the planar sole portions to temporarily misalign.
PORTABLE INFLATABLE FOLDABLE SHOES
A portable inflatable foldable shoe, including an inflatable shoe-shaped soft bag and solid bearing blocks, where the inflatable shoe-shaped soft bag is of a hollow cavity structure and includes a sole and a vamp; more than two solid bearing blocks are arranged, the sole is divided into a middle supporting cavity and a supporting folding cavity by the solid bearing blocks, the region connected with the two regions of a front sole region and a heel region is the middle supporting cavity, the region connected with the adjacent bearing blocks is the supporting folding cavity, each solid bearing block has upper, lower, left and right surfaces, and is tightly adhered to the corresponding inner wall of the shoe-shaped cavity of the sole, and each solid bearing block is provided with more than one air passage that run through the entire block.
