ELECTRICAL STORAGE MODULE
Provided in a power storage module including: a plurality of power storage devices; and a first current collector that holds the plurality of power storage devices. The plurality of power storage devices each include a case having an opening, an electrode assembly including a first electrode and a second electrode housed in the case, and a sealing member that seals the opening. The case includes a tubular part including one end provided with the opening, and a bottom that closes the other end of the tubular part. The case is electrically connected to the first electrode. The first current collector has a plurality of first through-holes that set and position the corresponding one of the plurality of electric storage devices, and the plurality of first through-holes each have a periphery electrically connected to the case. This structure enables improving energy density of the power storage module.
FUSE
The invention of the present application provides a fuse that is easily attached directly or indirectly to a battery. A fuse fixed to a battery post BP or a coupling post of a base member coupled to the battery post BP includes: a fuse element including an input terminal fixed to the battery post BP or the coupling post, an external output terminal, and a fusion portion provided between the input terminal and the external output terminal; a housing including an exposure window through which the fusion portion is exposed, the housing accommodating the fuse element; and a cover member that covers the exposure window. The cover member includes a protruding portion protruding toward a battery BT side including the battery post BP or a base member side, and the protruding portion is able to abut on a part of the battery BT or a part of the base member.
SECONDARY BATTERY
Provided is a secondary battery including an electrode assembly and an exterior body that houses the electrode assembly. In the secondary battery, the exterior body includes a metal plate joined via an insulating material interposed therebetween, and the exterior body has a cavity, and one of a peripheral edge of the cavity and an outer edge of the metal plate is bent toward the insulating material.

A battery module with a reduced manufacturing cost, a battery pack, a vehicle and a method for manufacturing the battery pack. The battery module includes a plurality of battery cells standing in a first direction, and including a pair of electrode terminals disposed on top and arranged in at least one direction, a cooling frame having an upper surface to which a bottom of the plurality of battery cells is fixed, and extending in a second direction, an adhesive interposed between the plurality of battery cells and the cooling frame, and an upper frame configured to cover the plurality of battery cells.

Rechargeable battery
A rechargeable battery according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may include an electrode assembly which can charge and discharge a current, a lead tab which is electrically connected to the electrode assembly, and a pouch case including an accommodation unit in which the electrode assembly is accommodated, and of which at least a portion of an edge side is formed to be curved, and a bonding unit which is formed to be extended from the edge side of the accommodation unit and seals the accommodation unit, wherein the bonding unit may include an upper bonding unit from which the lead tab is drawn out and a side bonding unit which is bent in a thickness direction of the accommodation unit and enables a support space to be formed between the side bonding unit and the accommodation unit.
Rechargeable battery
A rechargeable battery according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may include an electrode assembly which can charge and discharge a current, a lead tab which is electrically connected to the electrode assembly, and a pouch case including an accommodation unit in which the electrode assembly is accommodated, and of which at least a portion of an edge side is formed to be curved, and a bonding unit which is formed to be extended from the edge side of the accommodation unit and seals the accommodation unit, wherein the bonding unit may include an upper bonding unit from which the lead tab is drawn out and a side bonding unit which is bent in a thickness direction of the accommodation unit and enables a support space to be formed between the side bonding unit and the accommodation unit.
Battery cell having main gas discharge tube and method for manufacturing the same
The present invention relates to a battery cell. The battery cell comprises: an electrode assembly provided with an electrode tab; a case which accommodates the electrode assembly and of which at least a portion of an edge is sealed to provide a sealing surface; an electrode lead coupled to the electrode tab and led out of the case; a lead film disposed on each of top and bottom surfaces of the lead electrode disposed on the sealing surface of the case and coupled together with the sealing surface; and a main gas discharge tube disposed in the case and having one end buried in the lead film.

The present invention relates to a battery cell. The battery cell comprises: an electrode assembly provided with an electrode tab; a case which accommodates the electrode assembly and of which at least a portion of an edge is sealed to provide a sealing surface; an electrode lead coupled to the electrode tab and led out of the case; a lead film disposed on each of top and bottom surfaces of the lead electrode disposed on the sealing surface of the case and coupled together with the sealing surface; and a main gas discharge tube disposed in the case and having one end buried in the lead film.
Secondary battery
The present disclosure provides a secondary battery which comprises: a cap plate provided with a first electrode terminal; an electrode assembly comprising a main body and a first electrode tab; a first connecting piece connected between the first electrode tab and the first electrode terminal. The first connecting piece includes a first electrode terminal connecting portion, a first electrode tab connecting portion and a first fusing portion. The secondary battery further comprises an insulating piece arranged on the first connecting piece to prevent direct physical contact between the first electrode tab and the first electrode terminal connecting portion by covering at least an edge of the first electrode terminal connecting portion.
