An illustrative capacitive isolator is disclosed to include an input side that receives an electrical input signal, an output side that outputs an electrical output signal, and an isolation barrier that electrically isolates the input side from the output side. The input side is further disclosed to include an array of input capacitors, where each capacitor in the array of input capacitors receives an input pulse based on the electrical input signal, where each capacitor in the array of input capacitors receives the input pulse offset from input pulses received at others of the capacitors in the array of input capacitors thereby extending a pulse duration of the electrical input signal.

The junction further includes a resonator coupled to the first, second, and third ports to provide signal transmission from the first port to the second port and from the second port to the third port based on a magnetic field provided by the magnetic material layer.

One example includes an integrated circulator system comprising a junction. The junction includes a first port, a second port, and a third port. The junction also includes a substrate material layer on which the first, second, and third ports are provided. The junction also includes a magnetic material layer coupled to the substrate layer. The junction further includes a resonator coupled to the first, second, and third ports to provide signal transmission from the first port to the second port and from the second port to the third port based on a magnetic field provided by the magnetic material layer.

In some embodiments, the circuit can be driven by four local oscillator signals using a boosting circuit. The circuit can be used to form a gyrator. The circuit can be used to form a circulator. The circuit can be used to form three-port circulator than can provide direction signal flow between a transmitter and an antenna and from the antenna to a receiver. The three-port circulator can be used to implement a full duplex transceiver that uses a single antenna for transmitting and receiving.

Disclosed herein are embodiments of high Q, temperature stable materials with low dielectric constants. In one aspect, a low loss dielectric material includes one or more transition metal oxides based on the (Zn, Ni, Co)O—Al.sub.2O.sub.3—TiO.sub.2 system comprising an aluminate comprising one of cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni) crystallized in a spinel structure. The low loss dielectric material additionally comprises one or more of: a titanate comprising the one of Co or Ni crystallized in a spinel structure, an aluminum oxide and a titanium oxide crystallized in a rutile structure.
