High-Frequency Package
A pseudo coaxial line is connected to a first coplanar line at a first connecting portion and connected to a second coplanar line at a second connecting portion. The first coplanar line and the second coplanar line are, for example, differential coplanar lines. Also, a back surface concave portion in which the second connecting portion of the pseudo coaxial line is exposed is provided. The back surface concave portion is formed into an almost semicircular shape, an almost semielliptical shape, or a rectangular shape in a planar view.
High Frequency Package
A first signal lead pin is bent such that one end is connected to a first signal line of a differential coplanar line, and the other end is apart from a mounting surface. A second signal lead pin is bent such that one end is connected to a second signal line of the differential coplanar line, and the other end is apart from the mounting surface. A ground lead pin is bent such that one end is connected to a ground line of the differential coplanar line, and the other end is apart from the mounting surface.
Electronic apparatus and electrical element
An electronic apparatus includes a substrate and an electrical element mounted on the substrate. The electrical element includes a base material including a first principal surface and a second principal surface that are deformable and flat or substantially flat surfaces and a conductor pattern included on the base material. The electrical element further includes a first connection portion and a second connection portion that connect to a circuit included on the substrate and a transmission line portion located in a position different from positions of the first connection portion and the second connection portion that electrically connects the first connection portion and the second connection portion. The conductor pattern includes a conductor pattern of the first connection portion, a conductor pattern of the second connection portion, a conductor pattern of the transmission line portion, and an electrical-element-side bonding pattern arranged in the transmission line portion.
MEASUREMENT SYSTEM FOR ANALYSING RADIO FREQUENCY SIGNALS, AND METHOD OF OPERATING THE SAME
Disclosed is a measurement system for analysing RF signals. The measurement system includes an optically transparent enclosure including an optically pumpable gas, and a printed circuit board, PCB including an electrical transmission line for guiding the RF signal to be analyzed through the enclosure and a reflective planar face. The measurement system includes an optical pump for emitting preferably coherent light onto the reflective planar face, and a detector for detecting an optical property of the emitted light being reflected by the reflective planar face. This provides a better laser/microwave overlap in atomic vapor quantum sensing setups, where it is crucial to overlap the regions with highest laser intensity and microwave field strength.
SEMICONDUCTOR PACKAGE
A semiconductor package is provided. The semiconductor package includes a semiconductor die, a stack of polymer layers, redistribution elements and a passive filter. The polymer layers cover a front surface of the semiconductor die. The redistribution elements and the passive filter are disposed in the stack of polymer layers. The passive filter includes a ground plane and conductive patches. The ground plane is overlapped with the conductive patches, and the conductive patches are laterally separated from one another. The ground plane is electrically coupled to a reference voltage. The conductive patches are electrically connected to the ground plane, electrically floated, or electrically coupled to a direct current (DC) voltage.
TRANSMISSION LINE
A transmission line includes a substrate including insulator layers, a mounting electrode on a front layer of the substrate, a signal conductor, a first ground conductor, a first connecting electrode that electrically connects the mounting electrode and the signal conductor and is between the signal conductor and the first ground conductor in a laminating direction, a first inter-layer connecting conductor that is electrically connected between the mounting electrode and the first connecting electrode and is bonded to the first connecting electrode, and a second inter-layer connecting conductor that is electrically connected between the signal conductor and the first connecting electrode, is bonded to the first connecting electrode, and does not overlap with the first inter-layer connecting conductor when viewed in the laminating direction. The first ground conductor does not overlap with at least a portion of the first connecting electrode when viewed in the laminating direction.
CONNECTION ASSEMBLY FOR ANTENNA AND BASE STATION ANTENNA
A connection assembly for an antenna includes a printed circuit board and a coaxial cable connected to the printed circuit board. A transmission trace and a solder pad are provided on the printed circuit board. An opening for receiving an end portion of the coaxial cable is also provided in the printed circuit board, and an exposed outer conductor of the end portion extends into the opening, and an exposed inner conductor reaches the solder pad. The connection assembly further includes a ground structure, which is electrically connected to a ground metal layer on a second surface of the printed circuit board, and the ground structure is at least partially arranged on both sides of the exposed inner conductor and/or the exposed outer conductor.
CIRCUIT BOARD AND SEMICONDUCTOR MODULE
A circuit board includes a first insulating layer; a first wiring pattern and a second wiring pattern each formed to be side to side with each other on an upper surface of the first insulating layer; a second insulating layer formed on the upper surface of the first insulating layer to cover the first and second wiring patterns; a third wiring pattern formed on an upper surface of the second insulating layer to overlap the first wiring pattern in a vertical direction; a fourth wiring pattern formed on the upper surface of the second insulating layer to overlap the second wiring pattern in the vertical direction; a first via passing through the second insulating layer and connecting the first and fourth wiring patterns; and a second via passing through the second insulating layer and connecting the second and third wiring patterns.
Transmission line module for rotary traveling wave oscillator and design method thereof
Provided are a transmission line module for a rotary traveling wave oscillator (RTWO) and a design method thereof. The transmission line module includes a substrate. The upper surface of the substrate is provided with a grounding metal layer, that is, a metal ground. The metal ground is provided with a rectangular groove. The rectangular groove penetrates front and rear sides of the metal ground along a length direction of the rectangular groove. The thickness of the rectangular groove is the same as the thickness of the metal ground. The rectangular groove is filled with a silicon dielectric plate that has the same shape and size as the rectangular groove. The upper surface of the silicon dielectric plate is provided with two parallel transmission lines along the length direction of the rectangular groove.
Semiconductor device and method, where a dielectric material directly contacts a high-k dielectric material and first and second transmission lines
A semiconductor device includes a first transmission line. The semiconductor device includes a second transmission line. The semiconductor device includes a high-k dielectric material between the first transmission line and the second transmission line, wherein the high-k dielectric material partially covers each of the first transmission line and the second transmission line. The semiconductor device further includes a dielectric material directly contacting the high-k dielectric material, wherein the dielectric material has a different dielectric constant from the high-k dielectric material, and the dielectric material directly contacts each of the first transmission line and the second transmission line.
