ANTENNA STRUCTURE AND IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
An antenna structure according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes an antenna unit array including a plurality of antenna units, and a parasitic element disposed to be adjacent to the antenna units and to be electrically and physically separated from the antenna units. Each of the antenna units includes a radiator, and a transmission line including a first transmission line and a second transmission line connected to the radiator in different directions. The parasitic element includes a first parasitic element disposed between the first transmission line and the second transmission line included in the same antenna unit, and a second parasitic element disposed between the first transmission line and the second transmission line included in different neighboring antenna units. The second parasitic element includes a branched portion including a first branched portion and a second branched portion bent in different directions.

A housing for an electronic device can include a body having an exterior surface and a second surface disposed opposite the exterior surface at least partially defining an interior volume, the body defining a first repeating pattern of apertures extending from the exterior surface to the second surface. The housing can also include a component defining a second repeating pattern of apertures, the component positioned adjacent to the second surface. The first repeating pattern of apertures and the second repeating pattern of apertures can combine to define an open area of at least about 70%.
Patch antenna device
A patch antenna device configured to receive a radio communication signal includes a circuit board, a patch antenna, and a parasitic element. The circuit board has a signal processing circuit placed thereon. The patch antenna is stacked on the circuit board and has a quadrangular radiation element. The parasitic element is disposed above the patch antenna so as to improve antenna gain characteristics of the patch antenna and configured such that the length of the upper side of the parasitic element is shorter than the width in a plan view of the radiation element of the patch antenna and that the length between the upper and lower sides of the parasitic element is longer than the length between the upper and lower sides of the radiation element of the patch antenna.

A patch antenna device configured to receive a radio communication signal includes a circuit board, a patch antenna, and a parasitic element. The circuit board has a signal processing circuit placed thereon. The patch antenna is stacked on the circuit board and has a quadrangular radiation element. The parasitic element is disposed above the patch antenna so as to improve antenna gain characteristics of the patch antenna and configured such that the length of the upper side of the parasitic element is shorter than the width in a plan view of the radiation element of the patch antenna and that the length between the upper and lower sides of the parasitic element is longer than the length between the upper and lower sides of the radiation element of the patch antenna.

To provide a novel antenna, wireless communication module, and wireless communication device excellent in long-term reliability. The antenna includes a first conductor, a second conductor facing the first conductor in a first direction, a third conductor, a fourth conductor, a power supply line configured to be electromagnetically connected to the third conductor, and a reinforcing member including a dielectric material. The third conductor extends along the first direction, is located between the first conductor and the second conductor, and is configured to capacitively connect the first conductor and the second conductor. The fourth conductor extends along the first direction and is configured to be electrically connected to the first conductor and the second conductor. The reinforcing member is located on at least a portion of any of the first conductor and the second conductor.
ANTENNA DEVICE, ARRAY OF ANTENNA DEVICES
An antenna device, an array of antenna devices, and a base station having an antenna device. A radiator is configured to radiate an electromagnetic signal in a direction parallel to a radiating axis of the antenna device. The radiator has a substantially planar shape perpendicular to the radiating axis and a resonant structure adjacent to the radiator. The resonant structure has a substantially planar shape parallel to the radiator, wherein the radiator is configured to radiate the electromagnetic signal in a first frequency band and the resonant structure is configured to have a resonant frequency within the first frequency band.
Glass antenna for circularly polarized wave reception
Provided is a glass antenna having an improved circularly polarized wave reception bandwidth in a frequency range from 1 to 2 GHz. The glass antenna has a core-side feeding part, a ground-side feeding part arranged adjacent to the core-side feeding part, a first element extending from the ground-side feeding part, and a parasitic element including a first wire, a second wire arranged parallel or substantially parallel to the first wire and a third wire connecting the first and second wires. The parasitic element is disposed to surround the core-side and ground-side feeding parts between an edge of a metal body part adjacent to the core-side and ground-side feeding parts and the third wire. A blank portion is provided between the parasitic element and the first element such that the parasitic element and the first element allow resonance with a radio wave in any arbitrary frequency band within the frequency range.
SENSORS WITH DEFORMABLE CONDUCTORS AND SELECTIVE DEFORMATION
A sensor may include a bladder, and a deformable conductor disposed on the bladder such that deformation of the bladder causes deformation of the deformable conductor, wherein the bladder is constrained so as to enhance the deformation of the conductor in response to the deformation of the bladder. A method may include applying a stimulus to a bladder having a deformable conductor attached thereto, detecting a change in an electrical characteristic associated with the deformable conductor in response to the stimulus, and selectively constraining the bladder to amplify the change in electrical characteristic in response to the stimulus.
SENSORS WITH DEFORMABLE CONDUCTORS AND SELECTIVE DEFORMATION
A sensor may include a bladder, and a deformable conductor disposed on the bladder such that deformation of the bladder causes deformation of the deformable conductor, wherein the bladder is constrained so as to enhance the deformation of the conductor in response to the deformation of the bladder. A method may include applying a stimulus to a bladder having a deformable conductor attached thereto, detecting a change in an electrical characteristic associated with the deformable conductor in response to the stimulus, and selectively constraining the bladder to amplify the change in electrical characteristic in response to the stimulus.

In various embodiments, an electronic device may include: a housing including an inner space, and a first antenna structure disposed in the inner space of the housing, the first antenna structure including: a dielectric substrate, at least one first conductor disposed in a first area of the dielectric substrate, and at least one second conductor disposed in a second area of the dielectric substrate extending from the first area of the dielectric substrate. The electronic device may further include at least one third conductor capacitively coupled with the at least one second conductor, a first wireless communication circuit configured to transmit and/or receive a signal of a first frequency band through the at least one first conductor, and a second wireless communication circuit configured to transmit and/or receive a radio signal of a second frequency band through the at least one second conductor and the at least one third conductor.
