Antenna and electric device
An antenna includes: a radiating element that is formed of a conductor and radiates electromagnetic waves when supplied with electrical power; and a parasitic element that is (i) formed of a conductor, (ii) provided near the radiating element so as to be electromagnetically coupled with the radiating element, (iii) provided in a plane substantially perpendicular to a plane including the radiating element, and (iv) guides the electromagnetic waves without being supplied with electrical power.

ANTENNA DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
An antenna device for a vehicle includes an antenna board in which a colinear array antenna is constructed by a conductor pattern provided on each of both surfaces of a dielectric substrate. The colinear array antenna includes a first straight portion, a second straight portion, a first connection portion one end of which is connected to the first straight portion, and a second connection portion one end of which is electrically connected to the first connection portion and another end of which is connected to the second straight portion. The first straight portion and the first connection portion are provided on a first surface of the dielectric substrate. The second straight portion and the second connection portion are provided on a second surface of the dielectric substrate opposite to the first surface.
Antenna device
An antenna device according to an embodiment includes a plurality of plane-shaped antennas that is attached to one or more windows of a vehicle. The plurality of antennas includes a loop antenna and a monopole antenna corresponding to the loop antenna.
WIDE-BEAM ANTENNA WITH MODULAR MAIN RADIATOR
A wide-beam antenna has a modular radiator. The antenna is designed specifically for small cell or DAS applications where wide azimuth beamwidth is required such as an antenna mounted to a building near street level. The main radiator of the antenna is modular where the module can incorporate filtering elements for interference mitigation. The modular main radiator also provides tuning capability for the antenna.

Electronic Device Antenna Arrays Mounted Against a Dielectric Layer
An electronic device may be provided with wireless circuitry. The wireless circuitry may include one or more antennas and transceiver circuitry such as centimeter and millimeter wave transceiver circuitry (e.g., circuitry that transmits and receives antennas signals at frequencies greater than 10 GHz). The antennas may be arranged in a phased antenna array. The phased antenna array may be formed on a dielectric substrate and may include one or more indirectly-fed microstrip dipole antennas. Conductive traces forming dipole antenna resonating elements or parasitic resonating elements for the dipole antennas in the phased antenna array may be embedded within or formed on an upper surface of the dielectric substrate. The phased antenna array may include both dipole antennas and patch antennas. Dipole antennas may be interposed between adjacent patch antennas or formed next to patch antennas.
System and method for guarding an antenna from interfering physical objects
A passive antenna guard system includes an antenna guard at a location of the antenna and mounted on a common mount therewith which facilitates movement of the antenna from the path of an object responsive to the object contacting the antenna guard. The system may include a balance system which allows the antenna and antenna guard to spring back into place after the object clears the antenna guard.

Antenna device and a detecting device having the same
An antenna and a detecting device are provided. The antenna includes a ground plane, a pole and a microstrip line. The detecting device includes an oscilloscope and the antenna that is connected with the oscilloscope.
