COMPACT RADIO FREQUENCY ANTENNA APPARATUSES
Antenna assemblies are described herein. In particular, described herein are multi-focal-point antenna devices and compact radio frequency (RF) antenna devices. Any of these assemblies may include a primary feed that includes a single patterned emitting surface from which multiple different beams of RF signals are emitted corresponding to different antenna input feeds each communicating with the patterned antenna emitting surface. The antenna assembly is therefore capable of emitting beams in the same direction having different polarizations using a single primary feed.
PHASE ANTENNA ASSEMBLY AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
The present disclosure discloses a phase antenna assembly and an electronic device using the phase antenna assembly. The phase antenna assembly includes a first antenna baseboard, a second antenna baseboard, and a connection baseboard: the first antenna baseboard includes a first polarization antenna array and a first connection node array; the second antenna baseboard includes a second polarization antenna array and a second connection node array; the connection baseboard includes a third connection node array and a fourth connection node array; the third connection node array is connectable with the first connection node array by at least two connection manners with different angles, and/or the fourth connection node array is connectable with the second connection node array by at least two connection manners with different angles.
Scalable terahertz phased array and method
A device and method for terahertz signal generation are disclosed. Oscillators are arranged in a two-dimensional array, each oscillator connected to a corresponding antenna. Each oscillator is unidirectional connected to its adjacent oscillators by a phase shifter. A method for generating a steerable terahertz signal utilizes an array of oscillators connected by corresponding phase shifters. A terahertz signal having a fundamental frequency is generated using the array. The phase shift of one or more of the phase shifters is varied in order to vary the fundamental frequency and/or steer the signal generated by the array.
ANTENNA SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD
An antenna system includes an antenna array, a wireless transceiver module and a control module. The antenna array includes a first antenna and a second antenna coupled respectively to the wireless transceiver module. The wireless transceiver module sends and receives signals via the first antenna based on a first phase and sends and receives signals via the second antenna based on a second phase. The control module coupled to the wireless transceiver module, and controls the phase difference between the first phase and the second phase. The radiation pattern of the antenna array is modulated towards one pointing direction based on the phase difference.
ANTENNA SYSTEM AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An antenna system includes a ground which is disposed in a housing and has an end side; a first antenna element which includes a first open-end and a feeding point, and is exposed to an outside of the housing on the side of the first open-end; a second antenna element which includes the feeding point and a second open-end, is disposed between the end side and the first antenna element, and is branched from the first antenna element at a branching point, a section between the branching point and the second open-end being disposed in the housing or being covered with the housing and the first antenna element; and a metal plate which includes a portion connected to the ground and an end portion disposed near the first open-end, a portion of the metal plate near to the end portion being exposed to an outside of the housing.
METHOD FOR DETECTING CHIPLESS RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION DEVICES (RFID)
This invention relates to a method for detecting chipless radio frequency identification devices (RFID), in particular chip detection, also referred to as chipless RFID tags. This invention also relates to the devices and tags which may be used in the claimed method.
Reconfigurable antenna with cluster of radiating pixelates
Similar to cell based electronics systems that employ a sea of small unit cells in large scale arrays, such as thin film display monitors or semiconductor memories, an antenna array employs micron to centimeter size antenna pixelate cells that are integrated to form the plate of an antenna. Each row and column of cells in the antenna array may be accessed by digital logic and the RF transmission/reception state of the switchable cell changed. Thus, the antenna plate can be reconfigured and its radiating plate reformed to a specific pattern as an element of a larger array of antennas in wafer scale form.
WAVEGUIDE SLOT ARRAY ANTENNA
The present invention provides a waveguide slot array antenna having an excitation slot arrangement radiating a signal corresponding to an operating frequency in a radiation plate, the waveguide slot array antenna comprising: a first auxiliary radiation plate installed on a main radiation plate and rotating a polarization plane of a signal radiated from the excitation slot arrangement of the main radiation plate; and a second auxiliary radiation plate installed on the first auxiliary radiation plate and distributing and radiating the signal, the polarization plane of which has been rotated in the first auxiliary radiation plate.
Processes for delivery of viscous drug therapies
Core annular flow is used to enable the subcutaneous delivery of a viscous fluid such as a protein therapeutic formulation. The high-viscosity fluid is surrounded by a low-viscosity fluid, and the low-viscosity fluid lubricates the passage of the high-viscosity fluid. This allows the use of protein formulations that have a higher concentration and a higher viscosity at comparatively reduced injection forces and reduced injection times. Several different embodiments of injection devices that provide core annular flow are described herein.
ANTENNA WITH BEAMWIDTH RECONFIGURABLE CIRCULARLY POLARIZED RADIATORS
An antenna is provided for a satellite in a satellite communication system. The antenna includes an array of radiators each having a dual linear-to-circular polarizer. The array of radiators is aligned in a first plane and configured to generate an elliptical beam having a desired narrow beamwidth in the first plane. Conductive walls provided around an aperture of each radiator in the array of radiators may narrow a wider beamwidth of the elliptical beam in a second plane orthogonal to the first plane to a desired value.
