A battery cell connector for use with an external device. In an aspect, the battery cell connector comprises a body with at least three layers, configured to simultaneously provide improved weldability and conductivity. In the same aspect, the battery cell connector comprises a terminal connected to the terminal arm of the body of the cell connector and a voltage transmitting component connected to said terminal, wherein the voltage transmitting component is configured to connect to an external device on the opposing end.

Alternating current power input socket
An AC power input socket includes a casing and at least two conductive pins. The casing comprises a connection side and an output side based on performance of the AC power input socket. The casing is provided with an accommodating groove at the connection side, each of the two conductive pins includes a power connection section located in the accommodating groove, an output section extending from the power connection section and passing through the casing to be exposed on the output side, and a capacitor connecting section extending from an end of the output section. Each of the conductive pins is provided with a through hole in the output section for disposing an electric wire, and the capacitor connecting section provides a capacitor pin to be connected thereon, so that the capacitor pin and the electric wire do not need to be disposed at a same hole position.
Soldering aid for connecting a cable to a printed circuit board
A soldering aid for connecting a cable to a printed circuit board includes an electrically insulating body having a first, second and third recesses, and an electrically conductive contact structure coupled thereto. The contact structure is partially embedded in the body to be connected to a cable core therein, and partially protrudes from the body to be connected the printed circuit board. The first recess is conically tapered to receive an end portion of the cable and has first and second sections for non-stripped and stripped portions of the cable end portion, respectively. An end of the second recess adjoins the second section of the first recess to enable optical verification of formation of a connection between the cable core and the contact structure. The third recess is configured to receive and transfer solder to the second section of the first recess to thereby form the connection.

The invention has, at a distal end part thereof, an ultrasonic oscillator array in which a plurality of ultrasonic oscillators are arranged; a shielded cable including a plurality of signal lines, and a plurality of metallic shield members disposed outside the signal lines; a wiring part including a plurality of connecting parts that electrically connect the plurality of signal lines to the plurality of ultrasonic oscillators, respectively; a ground part that is electrically connected to the plurality of shield members and has heat conductivity; a sheet-like first heat-conduction member disposed on a side surface of the ultrasonic oscillator array; and a second heat-conduction member that thermally connects the first heat-conduction member to the ground part. Accordingly, an ultrasonic endoscope capable of improving diagnostic accuracy in ultrasonic diagnosis, and a method for manufacturing the ultrasonic endoscope are provided.
Ultrasonic welded cable for a welding system
A system for transmitting power and current includes a power cable having stranded wires and an exposed end. The stranded wires are ultrasonically welded together. Ultrasonically welding the wires creates a bundle of wires at the exposed end that may be free from air pockets, reducing oxidation and improving the current path through the cable.

A terminal-equipped electric wire, a connector including the terminal-equipped electric wire and a manufacturing method of the connector are provided. The terminal-equipped electric wire includes an electric wire including a conductor core wire formed of a conductor material and a terminal formed of a composite metal material in which a plurality of types of metal materials are clad-bonded with each other. The terminal includes a first connection portion and a second connection portion, each of which is formed of a metal material of respective one of the plurality of types of metal materials. The conductor core wire is electrically connected to one of the first and second connection portions, the one corresponding to the conductor material forming the conductor core wire.

A connection structure of a bus bar and a cable has: a bus bar that serves as an external terminal; a cable that has a core wire exposed from an insulation sheath at a terminal, the core wire being joined with the bus bar; a protective member that covers at least a joining portion of the bus bar and the core wire of the cable; and a cut portion that is formed in the core wire at the joining portion with the bus bar.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector for soldering with a cable is provided. The electrical connector includes an insulating body, a plurality of terminals, and a metallic shell. The terminals are disposed in the insulating body and arranged in a lateral direction. Each of the terminals has a clip section, a connecting section, and a soldering section. The metallic shell is assembled to the insulating body to form an interface of the electrical connector for connecting to another electrical connector, the clip section is close to the interface, the soldering section is away from the interface, and the cable is soldered to the soldering section of at least one of the terminals in the lateral direction.
