FLEXIBLE, INTERRUPTIBLE RADIAL BUS AND BUS-MOUNTED BEAD DEVICE
20210257783 · 2021-08-19 ·

A multi-conductor bus with radially arranged conductor wires on which addressable bead devices that may incorporate light-emitting diodes (LEDs) or other surface mount devices (SMDs) can be easily mounted. The radial bus is designed to provide an improved range of flexibility and motion while allowing for easy addition of bead devices along its length that utilize self-addressing bus protocols such as cascading device protocols. The design of the flexible, interruptible radial bus facilitates the use of pass-through and interrupted paths along the bus that simplifies the installation of addressable devices along the bus such as the bus-mounted bead devices disclosed herein.

Connector for low loss interconnection system

A modular electrical connector facilitates low loss connections to components on a printed circuit board. A portion is of the connector is formed of one or more first type units with conductive elements designed to be attached to a printed circuit board. Signals passing through those units may be routed to components on the printed circuit board through traces in the board. One or more second type units may be integrated with the connector. Those units may be designed for attachment to a cable, which may provide signal paths to a location on the printed circuit board near relatively distant components.

Shelf electrical signal connector

A shelf electrical signal connector is provided that includes a ladder connector and a shelf connector. The ladder connector mounts to a ladder of a shelving system and includes a spring-loaded contact pin formed of an electrically conductive material and electrically connected to a first wire configured to carry an electrical signal. The shelf connector mounts to a shelf bracket and includes a contact pad formed of an electrically conductive material that is connected to a second wire. The contact pad abuts and rests on the spring-loaded contact pin to electrically connect the first wire to the second wire when the shelf bracket is mounted to the ladder of the shelving system.

20210226503 · 2021-07-22 ·

A contact device for a stator of an electric machine. The contact device has an electrically insulating contact carrier and an upper side positioned to face away from the stator. Electrically conductive connection conductors for contacting a plurality of coils are arranged over the circumference of the stator via coil conductors. The contact device has feedthrough openings, through which the coil conductors are guided such that at least one coil conductor is connected to a connection conductor. The contact carrier has fixing devices at the feedthrough openings designed so that at least one coil conductor touches a connection conductor at a contact surface. The coil conductor at this contact surface applies a permanent force action to the connection conductor perpendicularly to the respective conductor axis. Parallel-lying portions of the coil conductor and the connection conductor are pressed against each other at the common contact surface.
