The insulative housing has a mating surface, a mounting surface, and a slot going through the mounting surface. The terminal received in the slot includes an interference portion retained in the slot, a contacting portion disposed around the mating surface, and a soldering leg extending downwardly beyond the mounting surface. The interference portion has two barbs disposed at two opposite sides thereof, respectively. The terminal includes a blocking portion connecting between the interference portion and the soldering leg. The width of the blocking portion is greater than the width of the interference portion.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
An electrical connector includes a body and a plurality of terminals correspondingly provided on the body. Each terminal includes a base, two embracing arms formed by bending and extending forward from two opposite sides of the base, and a stopping portion formed by extending upward from one of the embracing arms. The two embracing arms jointly clamp a solder to solder the terminal to a circuit board, and the stopping portion is located above the solder to stop the solder from moving upward. The embracing arms clamp the solder, and the stopping portion extends from the embracing arms to stop the solder from moving upward, such that the solder can be well positioned. When the solder is soldered and melted, the embracing arms drive the stopping portion to shrink, such that the embracing arms and the stopping portion jointly squeeze the solder.
Solderable electric connection element
The invention relates to a solderable electric connection element including a crimping portion for receiving a connection cable and a soldering portion for bonding to the surface of an electrically conductive structure. The soldering portion directly adjoins the crimping portion or is offset therefrom by means of a transition portion, and a solder deposit is provided or can be placed on the solder region. According to the invention, an angled section is formed in the section between the crimping and soldering region or in the transition region such that the crimping and soldering region are arranged in a back-to-back position, wherein the free face of the soldering region receives the solder deposit.
CONDUCTIVE TERMINAL AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR HAVING THE SAME
A conductive terminal and an electrical connector having the same are provided. The conductive terminal includes a base portion, an elastic arm formed by extending upward from an upper end of the base portion, and a conductive portion located below the base portion. The elastic arm includes a contact arm and a first arm and a second arm provided at an interval in a left-right direction. The first arm and the second arm are both located between the contact arm and the base portion. The contact arm has a contact portion. A maximum width of the second arm in the left-right direction is greater than a maximum width of the first arm in the left-right direction. A central line of the contact portion and a connecting location of the second arm and the base portion are located at left and right sides of a central line of the base portion.
Sensor element and manufacturing method of sensor element
A sensor element includes: an element body including, for example, a thermistor; paired lead wires drawn out from the element body; and stranded wires that are each obtained by twisting a plurality of core wires and are joined to the respective paired lead wires in a welding region. The welding region includes a main joining region provided in a predetermined region in an axis direction, and sub joining regions adjacent to the main joining region, and joining strength of each of the lead wires and the corresponding stranded wire is higher in the main joining region than in the sub-joining region.
WELDING BASE
The disclosure relates to the field of welding technology. A welding base includes a welding groove defined therein. A limiting member is arranged inside the welding groove for preventing solder and to-be-welded member from loosening from the welding groove after the to-be-welded member is welded to the welding joint. Based on the prior art welding base, the inside of the welding groove of the present disclosure is provided with a limiting member, which can prevent the solder from a longitudinal movement, thus preventing the solder from falling off the welding groove.
Socket receiving an electronic component having a plurality of contact pads
A socket comprises a housing made of an insulating board and a plurality of contacts arranged on a first surface of the housing. The housing has a plurality of passageways each extending through the housing and having an inner wall surface plated with a conductive material. The housing also has a conductive pad formed on the first surface of the housing that is electrically continuous with the conductive material of the inner wall surface. Each of the contacts includes a contact portion positioned above the first surface of the housing and configured to be elastically deformed by a contact pad electrically connected with the contact, an insertion portion inserted into one of the passageways and configured to be elastically deformed and pressed by the inner wall surface of the passageway, and a joint portion joined to the conductive pad.
Electrical Connection Between A First Conductor And A Second Conductor
An electrical connection comprises a first conductor and a second conductor electrically connected to the first conductor. The first conductor has a first contact section with a first contact face laterally delimited by a first side face. The second conductor has a second contact section with a second contact face surrounded by a rim having a second side face. The second side face limits a contact space above the second contact face and the first contact face is arranged on the second contact face. A reservoir space is arranged between the first side face of the first contact face and the second side face of the rim, the reservoir space surrounds the first contact face and a sealing material is arranged in the reservoir space. The sealing material forms a sealing ring that seals an interface between the first contact face and the second contact face.
IMAGING MODULE
An imaging module of the invention includes: an image-sensing device that has a light-receiving face, a terminal surface located on an opposite side of the light-receiving face, and a plurality of image-sensing terminals provided on the terminal surface; a support that has a first end disposed on the terminal surface, a second end disposed on an opposite side of the first end, a side face disposed between the first end and the second end, and a guide disposed on the side face so as to correspond to positions of the image-sensing terminals and that is formed of an insulator; a coaxial cable including a conductor disposed on the guide; and solder that electrically connects the conductor to an image-sensing terminal corresponding to the conductor on the guide.
