Shielded cable with terminal
A shielded cable/terminal assembly includes a shielded cable (10) with a braided wire (14) between wires (13) and an outer sheath (15). The braided wire (14) has a folded portion (18) formed by folding the braided wire (14) exposed from an end of the outer sheath (15) toward the outer sheath (15). A metal sleeve (19) is crimped to an outer surface of the outer sheath (15) inside the folded portion (18) in a radial direction of the shielded cable (10). A terminal (11) has a barrel (30) configured to sandwich the folded portion (18) between the sleeve (19) and the barrel (30), with the barrel (30) crimped to an outer surface of the folded portion (18). The barrel (30) has protrusions (32) projecting radially inward of the shielded cable (10) at positions behind a rear part of the sleeve (19) in an axial direction.
Stator assembling method for motor, stator structure for motor, and crimp terminal
A method for assembling a stator structure of a motor comprises providing a stator coil and a stator frame. The stator coil has a wire with an end segment and the stator frame includes a connector and a conductor. The conductor has an open-barrel crimping portion and a temporary holding portion. The method further comprises positioning the end segment of the wire in the crimping portion and a tip end of the end segment in the temporary holding portion. The method further comprises crimping the crimping portion to the end segment of the wire to electrically connect the connector and the end segment of the wire by penetrating an insulating coating of the end segment.

COMPRESSION CONNECTORS WITH INSULATING COVER
The present disclosure provides embodiments of insulated compression-type electrical connectors used to connect one or more branch wires or conductors to one or more run wires or conductors.
Terminal with sealing features for crimping on an electric wire
A terminal metal fitting for attaching to an electric wire. The terminal metal fitting has: a barrel portion; and a contact portion. The barrel portion has: a base-side crimping portion to be swaged to a covering of the electric wire; and a tip-side crimping portion being spaced from the base portion and to be swaged to be electrically connected to a conductor core wire. The covering is extended inside a base-side opening portion of the tip-side crimping portion. The covering and the conductor core wire are to be fastened together at the base-side opening portion. The covering configured to isolate the conductor core wire located between the base-side crimping portion and the tip-side crimping portion from outside the terminal metal fitting.
