Bolt terminal
A bolt terminal mounted on a guide rail is provided. The bolt terminal comprises a housing (1), an integral nut (2), a screw (3), a connection component (4), and a wiring metal surface (5); one end of the screw is provided in the housing, the other end of the screw is located outside the housing, and the screw located outside the housing is to be connected to the integral nut fitted therewith; the wiring metal surface is provided on the interface between the screw and the housing; and the housing is to be connected to the guide rail via the connection component. The bolt terminal increases the requirement for powering the wirings, and the bolt terminal can be removed from the guide rail only by using a conventional screwdriver to lightly tap on a removal port. The screw is integrally connected to the housing by injection molding and thus there is no risk of the screw falling off, enabling higher reliability.
TERMINAL AND TERMINAL FIXING STRUCTURE
A terminal includes: a flat surface portion; an extending portion continuous with the flat surface portion; a branch portion continuous with the extending portion and extending in a direction different from that in which the extending portion extends; and rotation stop portions continuous with the branch portion. When the terminal is attached to a bolt protruding from a fixing member and including a seat separated from the fixing member, the flat surface portion contacts the seat, the rotation stop portions extend from the branch portion toward a base end of the bolt in a protruding direction of the bolt, and at least a pair of the rotation stop portions are positioned to sandwich the seat in a direction intersecting the protruding direction to prevent rotation of the terminal with respect to the bolt.
REFERENCE ELECTRICAL POTENTIAL ASSEMBLY AND ATTACHMENT ASSEMBLY FOR PRINTED CIRCUIT
The invention relates to a reference potential assembly and an attachment assembly for an electrical circuit, the assembly having an electrically conductive flexible clip (30) which includes: an electrical circuit clamping conductor clamp; an electrical contact stub (42); an attachment (43) adapted to clamp the electrical contact stub (42) against an electrical contact surface.
ELECTRICAL CONTACT ELEMENT HAVING A FRAME CLAMP FOR CONNECTING AT LEAST TWO ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS
An electrical contact element having a frame clamp comprises a frame with a stationary thread, a clamping shoe and a clamping screw engaging in the stationary thread and being supported on the clamping shoe. A plastic holder with a cavity having two insertion openings arranged on opposite walls of the cavity is provided for inserting two electrical conductors to be contacted with one another, in which the frame clamp is arranged. The frame clamp is captively fixed in the cavity of the plastic holder by means of a latching. The frame clamp is mounted in a floating manner in the cavity of the plastic holder in the direction of at least one axis, which is oriented orthogonally to an insertion direction of the electrical contacts into the insertion openings.
Electrical switching device, especially a contactor or a relay, with a contacting element and a fastening element
An electrical switching device includes a connection section for fastening and contacting an electrical conductor. The connection section has a fastening element for fastening the electrical conductor, a current-carrying element spaced apart from the fastening element and including a contact point, and an electrically conductive contacting element extending from the fastening element to the contact point of the current-carrying element and into an inner section of the electrical switching device.
GROUNDING CLAMP WITH LATERAL ANTI-TWIST PROTECTION
A grounding clamp includes a plate having a first and second opposite longitudinal edges extending in a first direction, and first and second opposite transverse edges extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal edges in a second direction. First and second cable fastening region extend along the first and second transeverse edges, respectively, and are configured to fasten and electrically contact first and second cables to the plate, respectively. An opening is arranged between the cable fastening regions for inserting a fastener. An arm extends from the first or second longitudinal edge in the second direction so that the arm runs parallel to the first and/or second cable fastening region. A tab extends at a free end of the arm parallel to the first and/or second longitudinal edge and perpendicularly to a plane of the plate in a direction of an underside of the plate.
Insert for connecting an electric connection to a wall, and protective cap for an insert
The invention relates to an insert for connecting an electric connection to a wall (10), having a pin (1) with a shaft (4), which has a first connection means (5), and an electrically conductive ring (2) with a through-opening (6) for receiving the pin (1), wherein the shaft (4) of the received pin (1) protrudes out of a contact surface (11) of the ring (2). For protection purposes while working, for example while painting, the insert comprises a protective cap (20, 20′) with a holding portion (21, 21′) comprising a second connection means (26), which can be connected to the first connection means (5) of the pin (1), and a flange section (22, 22′) which rests against the contact surface (11) of the ring (2) when the protective cap (20, 20′) is connected.
Power connector
A power connector for an aircraft solid state power controller includes a first portion including a socket configured for receiving an electric plug, which is inserted into the socket in a receiving direction (R). The controller also includes a second portion comprising a connection surface configured for mating with a complementary connection surface of a complementary connection element. At least one opening is formed within the connection surface.
Electrical ground strap assemblies providing increased point of contact between a terminal and a bolt
An electrical ground strap assembly for attaching a terminal, the electrical ground strap assembly including a bolt and a crown. The bolt includes a head, a body including an incline portion, and a shaft, the incline portion is oriented at an acute angle with respect to a planar surface of the head. The crown includes a chamfer, the chamfer oriented at an angle corresponding to the incline portion of the bolt.
Electrical connection box
An electrical connection box is provided with a conductive bus bar, an insulating housing body, a cover, and a power supply line. The cover opens or closes with respect to the housing body at a fully open position and a fully closed position. The housing body has a connector at a position exposed to the outside, with the connector configured so that a terminal provided at a tip of the power supply line is attachable or detachable to or from the connector. A restriction portion, which restricts the power supply line from moving in the longitudinal direction is provided in the cover. In the state where the terminal is connected to the connector, the tension is created on the power supply line in the longitudinal direction by the restriction portion during moving the cover from the fully closed position to the fully open position side.
