Wiring connector for two wire to two point connection

A small form factor wiring connector provides a two wire to two point connector with separate-hole insertion for two wires, by having two holes on the first casing side of the connector and a terminal connection on the opposite second side of the connector. The design works well for a pluggable or fixed-mounted connector. The separate wire insertion holes and the internal screw-driven clamping means with U-shaped wire clamp and U-shaped fixed terminal surfaces provides positive connections which will not easily loosen.

Certain embodiments described herein are directed to couplers configured to provide an electrical connection between two or more separate electrical wires. In certain embodiments, the coupler is configured to provide the electrical connection without the two electrical wires physically contacting each other. In other instances, the coupler can be configured to provide an electrical connection between the wires without the use of an electrical box or wiring nuts.

COUPLER FOR ATTACHING A CONDUIT TO A WALL

The present disclosure relates to a conduit coupler including a hub and a lock nut that thread on the hub. In one example, the lock nut includes a ground connection location including a linear wire retention slot. The ground wire can be retained in the linear wire retention slot by a grounding bracket secured at the ground connection location by a grounding screw. The grounding bracket can be captive relative to the grounding screw. The grounding bracket can include integrated spring washer functionality. The ground connection location can be provided on a tower of the lock nut.

MECHANICAL GROUNDING CLAMP

A mechanical grounding clamp including a body, having an upper plate defining a threaded hole therethrough and having an outer surface, a lower plate spaced apart from the upper plate and having an inner surface, and a connecting plate connecting the upper plate to the lower plate, a fastener mateable with the threaded hole in the upper plate and having a proximal end and a distal end, the distal end extendable through the threaded hole of the upper plate and toward the inner surface of the lower plate. There may be a nut on the fastener for driving toward the upper plate to secure a grounding conductor to the body.

SIGNAL CONNECTOR

A signal connector includes a main body and positioning device. The main body has a front section with an end connector and a rear formed by an accommodating groove with a threaded hole and insert hole. The positioning device is received into the accommodating groove of the main body, composed of a clamping piece and screwing elements. The clamping piece is at the bottom of the groove, with a threaded hole. The screwing element is inserted through the insert hole and secured in the threaded hole. After foresaid are combined, the conducting filament of a transmission line can be tightly clamped by the clamping piece by rotating the screwing element to move the clamping piece upward, ensuring enhanced signal transmission.

CONNECTION STRUCTURE BETWEEN PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD AND TERMINAL BLOCK, TERMINAL BLOCK, AND AIR CONDITIONER

A connection structure between a printed circuit board and a terminal block includes: an insertion portion at one end of the printed circuit board with a pattern disposed thereon; a terminal-block main body including a receiving port that receives the insertion portion; a nut held in the terminal-block main body; and a screw tightened into the nut. The pattern is interposed between the screw and the nut when the insertion portion is inserted into the receiving port.
