SINGLE CIRCUIT ELECTRICAL POWER DISTRIBUTION SPLITTER
A product distribution splitter has a main body circumscribed by a plurality of sidewalls with an electric input port extending from one of the sidewalls for receiving high wattage electrical power from an electrical power source and electrical power reduction means in the form of an IC electrical circle board for receiving the high wattage electrical power and outputting lower wattage electrical power. A cavity is located through another of the sidewalls, the cavity containing electrical conductive prongs which extend from the IC electrical circle board. The prongs receive the lower wattage electrical power and can output this power to a second PDS. Electrical wiring connected to the electrical circle board extends through a third sidewall and is attached to an electrical connector for transmitting the lower wattage electrical power to electrical circuitry.

Metering assembly, adapter, and converting method therefor
An adapter is for a metering assembly. The metering assembly includes an electrical switching apparatus and a socket assembly. The socket assembly has a plurality of jaw members. The adapter includes a base member and a plurality of electrical contacts each coupled to the base member and structured to be mechanically coupled and electrically connected to a corresponding one of the jaw members. Each of the electrical contacts is structured to be electrically connected to the electrical switching apparatus.
ELECTRICAL WIRING DEVICES WITH SCREWLESS CONNECTION TERMINALS
Electrical wiring devices that incorporate clamp-type wire terminal connections are described. The electrical wiring devices include for example, single and duplex blade-type electrical receptacles, blade-type locking electrical receptacles, single or multi-pole electrical switches, combination switches and blade-type receptacles, blade-type plugs for electrical cords and blade-type connectors for electrical cords. The electrical wiring devices include a plurality of contact assemblies. Each contact assembly includes a wire terminal and a plunger.
WIRING TERMINAL
This utility model provides a wiring terminal, used for receiving and connecting to a conducting wire, the wiring terminal including: a housing, provided with a mounting channel and an insertion hole communicating with the mounting channel for the conducting wire to be inserted; a conductive piece and a clamping piece, both of which are arranged in the mounting channel, where the conductive piece and the clamping piece cooperate to form a natural state in which the conducting wire placed in the mounting channel is clamped between the clamping piece and the conductive piece through elastic abutment and a pressed state in which the conductive piece and the clamping piece are controlled by an external force to deform in a direction distal from the clamped conducting wire.
Water Detector Clip
An electric clip, such as may be utilized with a leak detector, has a base which receives an insert to secure an inserted material, such as a mesh, there between. The insert has an arm with opposing hooks which pass through a first slot in a biased manner and then spring out once through to provide an assembled configuration. The clip can be secured to the material, such as by directing fingers through a second slot in a biased manner which then return once through to retain on a ledge.
Terminal post assembly for termination of electrical terminals without the need for tooling
A terminal post assembly for connecting at least one electrical terminal to a substrate. The terminal post assembly includes a terminal post which has a substrate mounting portion, a terminal receiving portion and a cap receiving portion. The substrate mounting portion has a base and a securing portion which is dimensioned to extend through a mounting opening of the substrate. The terminal receiving portion is configured to receive the at least one electrical terminal thereon and make an electrical connection to the at least one electrical terminal. The cap receiving portion has a cap positioned thereon. the cap cooperates with the at least one electrical terminal to retain the at least one electrical terminal in position on the terminal receiving portion to maintain the electrical connection between the at least one electrical terminal and the terminal receiving portion of the terminal post of the terminal post assembly.
Holder for a protective conductor and cable tray with such holder for a protective conductor and protective conductor set
An earth wire holder for a cable tray having two spaced-apart side bars, wherein the earth wire holder is in the form of a spring clamp having a side bar receptacle enclosed by two mounting arms for connecting the spring clamp to the upper edge of a side bar and having an undercut earth wire receptacle enclosed by two holding arms, wherein, when the spring clamp is mounted on the upper edge of the side bar, the mounting arms bear against the side bar under prestress, and the spacing between the holding arms in the section thereof enclosing the earth wire receptacle is smaller than the diameter of the earth wire to be introduced therein.
Heating unit for light sources, installation and control system thereof
The present disclosure relates to apparatus and methods for heating a lens for a light source. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a heating unit for use in a vehicle light, methods of installation and control systems for the heating unit. For example, a heating unit according to the present disclosure includes a connector configured to maintain an electronic connection between a heating element and a control circuit by a bias force, such as a spring force. Instead of forming a fixed attachment with the heating element, the connector is pushed against the heating element to maintain connection therebetween. The non-fixed contact to the heater provides reliability, flexibility and simplicity to the heating unit.
Electrical connector with rotatable biasing member
There is provided a connector comprising an electrically conductive member (48) fixed in position within a rotatable insulating body (42), the electrically conductive member (48) comprising at least one connection channel (72, 74), a biasing member (46) such as a torsion spring connected to the insulating body (42), and an insertion axis (94), wherein the rotatable insulating body (42) is formed with at least one tapered guide channel (44) in which is located an insertion axis and the insulating body (42) is rotatable from a first biased position in which the at least one tapered guide channel (44) is offset from the connection channel (72, 74) to a second biased position where the at least one connection channel (72, 74) is aligned with the insertion axis (94). The electrically conductive member (48) is rotatable against a biasing force of the biasing member (46) upon insertion of a conductor pin.
