Deformable signaling pathways
A wearable device comprises one or more deformable signaling pathways wherein each deformable signaling pathway is configured to enable an electrical connection between two devices electrically connected to each other via the deformable signaling pathway. Deformable signaling pathways enable the conduction of electrical signals between various circuit elements similar to one or more circuit elements such as electronic traces or wires. A deformable signaling pathway includes one or more conductive elements surrounded by a conductive gel. Both the conductive gel and the one or more conductive elements are encased in an elastomeric shell. The elastomeric shell is attached to terminals (e.g., one on either end). The one or more connectors are attached to one another such that the one or more connectors span the length of the elastomeric shell and form a low resistance contact between the terminals of the deformable signaling pathway.
BATTERY TERMINAL
A battery terminal includes a terminal main body and a protector, wherein the terminal main body includes clamping sections for clamping the battery post, opposed sections and an operating section, the opposed sections being continuous with the clamping sections, wherein the operating section causes the opposed sections to approach each other, wherein the protector includes an elastic section provided with a contact section to be brought into contact with the upper surface of the battery main body, and a displacement section provided so as to be freely displaced between an introduction position and a retracted position, wherein in the introduction position, a tightening operation by the operating section is limited, and wherein the displacement section is displaced from the introduction position to the retracted position by pressing the contact section against the upper surface of the battery main body so that the tightening operation is allowed.
CAPTIVE SHEAR BOLT
A captive shear bolt assembly includes a bolt and a shear coupling. The bolt may have a head, an extension, and a shank. The shear coupling may be configured to be received by the extension. The shear coupling may be configured to receive the extension via an orifice in the shear coupling. The shear coupling may be configured to shear when an upper head of the shear coupling is driven at a threshold torque. When the shear coupling has sheared, the extension may be configured to captively secure the upper head to the bolt. The captive shear bolt assembly may be used in a tap connector for electrically connecting a main conductor to a tap conductor.
Receptacle connector and method of plugging plug connector
A receptacle connector includes a first cylinder, a second cylinder, and a plurality of elongated conductors. Each of the elongated conductors has a first end located in and connected to the first cylinder and a second end located in and connected to the second cylinder. The elongated conductors are arranged in a circular shape and are spaced apart from each other. The elongated conductors define an inner space into which a plug is inserted. The first cylinder is rotatable relative to the second cylinder. The elongated conductors clasp and electrically contact the plug in the inner space when the elongated conductors are twisted and deformed by rotation of the first cylinder relative to the second cylinder.
Substrate treatment apparatus
A substrate treatment apparatus for treating a substrate, the substrate treatment apparatus includes: an apparatus main body configured to perform a predetermined treatment on the substrate; a casing configured to house a predetermined component therein and to be attachable to and detachable from an upper part of the apparatus main body; a casing side connection part provided at the casing and connected to the predetermined component; a main body side connection part provided at the upper part of the apparatus main body and configured to be fitted into the casing side connection part; a guide part provided at the upper part of the apparatus main body and configured to move the casing in one direction; and a connection assisting mechanism configured to fit the casing side connection part into the main body side connection part while moving the casing in the one direction.

ELECTRICAL WIRING DEVICES WITH SCREWLESS WIRE TERMINALS
Electrical wiring devices that incorporate screwless wire terminal connections are described. The electrical wiring devices include for example, single and duplex blade-type electrical receptacles, blade-type locking electrical receptacles, single or multi-pole electrical switches, combination switches and blade-type receptacles, blade-type plugs for electrical cords and blade-type connectors for electrical cords. The electrical wiring devices include a plurality of contact assemblies. Each contact assembly includes a wire terminal and an activating member.
Connector and connecting method
A connector includes a pushing member including a projection and a pushing member-side flange formed at a root portion of the projection, and a contact having a projection accommodating portion, the pushing member-side flange including a pair of fixing portions separately arranged on opposite sides of the root portion of the projection across the projection, when the projection is inserted into the projection accommodating portion together with the flexible conductor with a part of the flexible conductor being laid along a lateral surface of the projection being fixed by the pair of fixing portions, the part of the flexible conductor laid along the lateral surface of the projection being sandwiched between the lateral surface of the projection and an inner surface of the projection accommodating portion to contact the inner surface of the projection accommodating portion, whereby the contact is electrically connected to the flexible conductor.
Wedge cable connector
An electrical connector adapted to electrically and mechanically connect a main conductor to a bail or tap conductor includes a C-shaped frame having a curved top wall adapted to fit over a main conductor and a curved bottom wall adapted to receive a bail or tap conductor. A fastener-operated wedge assembly is carried within the frame between a conductor receiving position and a conductor clamping position. The wedge assembly has a wedge body with a primary contact surface adapted to contact the main conductor and a secondary contact surface adapted to contact the bail or tap conductor when the wedge body is moved from the conductor receiving position to the conductor clamping position. The fastener positively moves the wedge body between the positions so that the clamping action of the connector can be tightened or loosened as desired.
TAP POWER CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A power connector assembly transferring power between a supply connector assembly and a tap connector assembly includes a front interface module mated with the supply connector assembly and a rear interface module mounted to a host circuit board. The power connector assembly includes a power tap module between the front interface module and the rear interface module having power tap contacts each electrically connected to corresponding front and rear power contacts. Each power tap contact includes a tap interface exterior of the front housing and exterior of the rear housing configured to be terminated to the tap connector assembly. The power tap contact electrically connecting the front power contact and the tap connector assembly to transfer power from the supply connector assembly to the tap connector assembly.
