According to the disclosure, the method comprises at least the following steps: assembling of the electric wire, the protective sheath, the two shrink sleeves, the reference member and the secondary member, the two shrink sleeves being arranged in a non-contracted state; in a reference portion of the electrical harness, reference contraction of the reference shrink sleeve; in a secondary portion of the electrical harness, angular positioning of the secondary member according to a relative angular orientation; holding of the secondary member in position; and secondary contraction of the secondary shrink sleeve.

Power cable connectors and assemblies

The present disclosure describes a power cable connector. The connector includes a generally cylindrical main body having a bore therethrough, a back cover configured to be removably secured to an end of the main body, a first seal sized to fit within at least a portion of the bore of the main body, a pair of female conductor pins configured to be coupled to the inner conductors of a power cable, an insulator having a pair of inner channels sized to receive the pair of female conductor pins, wherein the insulator is configured to be removably secured to an opposing end of the main body, a second seal sized to fit within at least a portion of the insulator, an end cap, a third seal residing between the insulator and the end cap, and a locking nut configured to secure to the end cap to the insulator. Power cable connector assemblies and methods of assembling a power cable connector are also described herein.

This device comprises: a wire connection part having a cap shape of which the outer circumferential surface is serrated, and connecting, by means of rotation, stripped portions of a plurality of wires to be connected which are inserted therein in a twisted shape by using a metal insert equipped therein; and a bond-type heat shrinkage tube which is hollow and cylindrical, has one side integrally attached to the outer circumferential surface of the bottom of the wire connection part, and has the other end through which the plurality of wires to be connected are inserted such that the bond-type heat shrinkage tube shrinks when heated.

Electric wire connection structure

The present disclosure relates to an electric wire connection structure including one or more copper-based conductor covered electric wires having a copper-based conductor covered part and exposed part; and one or more aluminum-based conductor covered electric wires having an aluminum-based conductor covered part and exposed part. An ultrasonic joint part is provided at a conductor stacked part in which the copper-based conductor exposed part and the aluminum-based conductor exposed part are superposed. A total contacting length L which is a summed length of a part at which the copper-based conductor exposed part and the aluminum-based conductor exposed part contact and a summed length x of a contour line of a space S formed at a part at which the copper-based conductor exposed part and the aluminum-based conductor exposed part are separate in a joint interface of the ultrasonic joint part satisfy a relational expression of (x/L)×100≤10% based on cross-section observation.

Wire harness
