CONNECTOR
A connector includes: a number of busbars; a housing holding of the busbars; and a cover mounted on the housing. The busbars each have a fastening target portion to connect a terminal metal fitting by using a bolt. The fastening target portion is housed in a housing room, and a number of the housing rooms is defined between the housing and the cover. One of the housing rooms corresponding to the fastening target portion of one of the busbars and another of the housing rooms corresponding to the fastening target portion of another of the busbars are separated with a partition wall, and at least part of the partition wall has a liquid-tight portion formed by engaging a projection of one of the housing and the cover with a recess of the other of the housing and the cover.
Set screw connector
A set screw for connecting conductors with electrical terminals, such as a terminal block of a load panel includes a screw body and a screw face. The screw face fits inside the screw body and is movable along the axis of the screw body. An elastically deformable member, such as a coil spring or set of spring washers is disposed between the screw body and the screw face. The elastically deformable member compresses in response to force exerted between the screw body and screw face. An indicator bar is connected with the screw face and moves along the axis of the screw body along with the screw face in response to the compressive force. The proximal end of the indicator bar extends proximal of the screw body and includes one or more indicia that show the deformation of the elastically deformable member.

Electrical connection protection
An electrical assembly including a first conductor, at least a second conductor parallel and electrically isolated from the first conductor, a component connecting to the first conductor and the second conductor, a cover including fastener slots each configured for receiving a fastener therein configured for securing the cover partially within the component, and including at least two isolation slots each configured for receiving and electrically and mechanically isolating the first conductor and the second conductor from each other and from each fastener, and a base configured to secure and align the cover and the component.
Electrical connector with a contact holder having transverse openings to receive fasteners
A receptacle and/or a plug of an electrical connector includes a proximal body portion defining transverse alignment slots extending through a side of the proximal body portion for contacts. A plug of an electrical connector includes a safety disk. The safety disk includes a hollow stem having at least one prong slidably inserted through a groove and captured within a central axial passage of a housing.
Controlled-impedance circuit board connector assembly
An assembly for connecting controlled-impedance cables to a PCB using a crescent-shaped connector that can be located much closer to the unit under test than those of the prior art. On the PCB, equal-length signal traces run from UUT contacts to signal pads that form an arc. All signal pads are surrounded by a ground land. The connector has an anchor block for permanently or removably securing the cables. The connector uses skewed coil contacts held within an electrically conductive plate. The signal contacts are captured in signal through apertures within insulating plugs in the plate. The ground contacts are captured in a ground through apertures. Each signal contact is electrically connected to a cable signal conductor and the ground contacts are electrically connected to the anchor block or ferrule. The connector is shaped so that the signal contacts trace an arc, so that they align with the signal pads.
Terminal base, triple terminal base, and in-vehicle apparatus
A terminal base includes a straight, strip plate-shaped bus bar having a first end and a second end, the first end having a bolt insertion hole, a bolt configured to be inserted into the bolt insertion hole for electrical connection, the bolt having a head, a housing into which the bus bar is inserted from the second end of the bus bar such that the second end extends out of the housing, an O-ring configured to be mounted on the bus bar at a middle of the bus bar to seal a gap between the bus bar and the housing and a holder configured to regulate a movement of the O-ring. The holder is provided on the bus bar. The holder includes a bolt holding portion configured to hold an outer periphery of the head of the bolt over an entire circumference of the outer periphery of the head.
