BATTERY WIRING MODULE
A battery wiring module has a novel structure with which workability of a wire routing process can be improved and is able to prevent or reduce the occurrence of misrouting. A battery wiring module includes a plurality of busbars that electrically connect adjacent battery cells of a plurality of battery cells arranged in a row, a plurality of coated wires connected at one end to an external connection terminal and a connecting part provided at the other end being connected to one of the busbars, a wire routing body in which a busbar housing frame that houses the busbars and a wire routing passage that routes the coated wires are provided, and a sub-assembly protector that is mounted to the wire routing body, the sub-assembly protector holding a plurality of coated wires.
Terminal block cover with guided probe access
A cover for a terminal block a cover for a terminal block includes a cover plate that may be disposed over a number of terminals of the terminal block. The cover plate includes a first surface, a second surface configured to face the terminals, and a number of access holes extending between the first surface and the second surface. Each of the access holes enables access to a respective terminal through the cover plate. The cover plate also includes a number of probe guides extending from the second surface of the cover plate toward respective access holes. Each probe guide includes a channel that guides a probe to an operating position that enables the probe to analyze the respective terminal.
Terminal lead support for use in integrated drive generator
A terminal lead support for use in an integrated drive generator has a body defining an outer end extending to two outer angled surfaces. The outer angled surfaces each extend to curved end portions. The curved end portions connect the outer angled surfaces into inner angled surfaces. The inner angled surfaces each extend into cupped portions formed about a radius. There are six apertures formed within the body, with laterally outer apertures spaced from the outer surface by a greater amount than laterally intermediate apertures. The laterally intermediate apertures are spaced from the outer surface by a greater amount than laterally inner apertures. An integrated drive generator and a method of replacing a terminal lead support are also disclosed.
Terminal block and method for manufacturing same
A terminal block that includes a housing having a resin part; a bus bar integrally including an embedded part embedded in the resin part and a connecting part projecting outward from the resin part; and a seal sealing a gap existing between the embedded part and the resin part, wherein the seal is formed by an adhesive sheet.
Terminal stand with movable part that can activate a metal elastic part
The present invention relates to a terminal stand, particularly, to a terminal stand with a base body, a movable part and a metal elastic part. The base body includes a casing and a side cover. One end of the movable part is a pressing end, the other end extends to form two arms. The metal elastic part is disposed in the accommodating space, one end of the metal elastic part has two abutments, one of the abutments passes through the first through hole and abut against one of the abutment holes, the other abutment passes through the second through hole and abuts against the other abutment hole, the other end of the metal elastic part has two pins, and at least one leg respectively passes through the corresponding pin hole.
CONNECTION MODULE
A connection module attachable to a power storage element group formed by lining up a plurality of power storage elements is provided with a bus bar (connection member) that extends in a vertical direction and is connected to electrode terminals, an insulating protector having a holding portion that holds the bus bar, and a cover that covers the bus bar. The cover is provided with an intake port and an exhaust port positioned above the intake port, and a ventilation passage through which air can flow in the vertical direction is formed between the cover and the holding portion, the ventilation passage being in communication with the intake port and the exhaust port, and the bus bar is arranged inside the ventilation passage.
SEAL STRUCTURE OF POWER CONTROL UNIT
A power control unit includes a power module, a water jacket, and a power supply connection module. The water jacket has a through hole passing through the water jacket from one side surface thereof to the other side surface thereof. The power supply connection module includes a connection conductor passing through the through hole and configured to connect an internal power supply path to an external power supply path and a conductor housing configured to hold at least a part of the periphery of the connection conductor on the external power supply path side. A seal member configured to seal the periphery of the through hole is disposed between the water jacket and the conductor housing.
Connection module
A connection module includes a first bus bar, a second bus bar and a connection unit. The connection unit includes a housing case having an insulation property and having a housing space formed therein, and a fastening member disposed inside the housing space. The connection unit is provided with a tool insertion hole through which a tool to be attached to the fastening member is insertable. The fastening member is configured to electrically connect the first bus bar and the second bus bar that are disposed inside the housing space. An insulation member is disposed in a portion of the fastening member that is visible through the tool insertion hole when the fastening member is seen through the tool insertion hole.
