ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX
Provided is an electrical junction box with which it is possible to reliably prevent exposure to the outside of the entire L-shaped terminal that is fastened to a stud bolt conductively connected to a conductive member of a box body even when an upper cover is removed, while making it easier to fasten the L-shaped terminal to the stud bolt. A terminal cover is hingedly connected to a box body, is pivotable about hinge portions between an open state and a closed state, and includes a top cover that covers a bolt fastening portion, and a side cover that covers a wire connection portion. The side cover includes a front-surface cover wall that covers a wire connection portion from an outer circumference side of a first peripheral wall portion, and a side-surface cover wall that covers a front side surface of two side surfaces of the wire connection portion.
Power connector and connector assembly
A power connector comprises an insulation body having a slot at a first side of the insulation body and a plurality of conductive terminals disposed in the insulation body. The conductive terminals include a positive conductive terminal and a negative conductive terminal. A first end of the positive conductive terminal is disposed in the slot and electrically contacts a first positive bus bar of a bus bar plug assembly inserted into the slot, and a second end of the positive conductive terminal electrically connects with a second positive bus bar. A first end of the negative conductive terminal is disposed in the slot and electrically contacts a first negative bus bar of the bus bar plug assembly, and a second end of the negative conductive terminal electrically connects with a second negative bus bar separated from the second positive bus bar.
CONNECTION TERMINAL
A connecting terminal having an insulating housing, a conductor insertion channel extending toward a conductor insertion axis with an at least partially circumferential conductor channel wall arranged coaxially to the conductor insertion axis, and an actuation channel disposed adjacent to the conductor insertion channel. A leg spring bent in a U-shape has a contact leg, a clamping leg and a spring bow. A push button is adapted to be received in the actuation channel in a longitudinally displaceable manner. The contact leg is mounted on the bus bar, and a clamping edge of the clamping leg forms a spring clamp connection with a contact region of the bus bar for clamping an electrical conductor inserted in the conductor insertion channel. An actuation axis defined by a displacement direction of the push button and the conductor insertion axis are aligned with each other at an angle of 5 to 30.
CONNECTION MODULE
A connection module includes a first bus bar, a second bus bar and a connection unit. The connection unit includes a housing case having an insulation property and having a housing space formed therein, and a fastening member disposed inside the housing space. The connection unit is provided with a tool insertion hole through which a tool to be attached to the fastening member is insertable. The fastening member is configured to electrically connect the first bus bar and the second bus bar that are disposed inside the housing space. An insulation member is disposed in a portion of the fastening member that is visible through the tool insertion hole when the fastening member is seen through the tool insertion hole.
Electrical connection box
An electrical connection box includes: a lower cover having an opening; a locked portion formed on a lower side wall of the lower cover; an upper cover closing the opening of the lower cover; a locking portion that is formed on an upper side wall of the upper cover and is locked by the locked portion to restrict the upper cover from moving in a detachment direction with respect to the lower cover; a contact rib that is formed on the upper side wall, protrudes toward the lower side wall, and has a distal end formed to be close to a side of an assembly direction in which the upper cover is assembled with respect to the lower cover compared to the locked portion; and a locking portion slit formed between the locking portion and the contact rib on the upper side wall.
ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY
The invention has for object an electrical assembly comprising: a first electrical connection bar, a second electrical connection bar, and an electronic card,
the first and the second electrical connection bar being in electrical contact with one another, on a connection zone, said card being at a distance from said connection zone. The assembly further comprises an electrical conduction part that creates an electrical connection between said connection zone and the electronic card.
Electrical Device Having Compact Connector Assembly Suited For High Power Applications
An electrical device with a conductor assembly having a conductor member and a nut. The conductor member has a wire cradle, a conductor body and a plurality of tab members. The wire cradle has a wire support portion and at least one crimp member extending from the wire support portion. The conductor body defines a terminal with a terminal face having a first hole formed therethrough. The wire cradle and the terminal face are disposed on opposite ends of the conductor body. Each of the tab members has a first portion, which is fixedly coupled to the conductor body, and a second portion that is coupled to the first portion and being spaced apart from the terminal. The tab members and the terminal form a cage. The nut is received in the cage and has a threaded aperture that is aligned to the first hole in the terminal face.
CONDUCTOR TERMINAL AND SET FORMED OF CONDUCTOR TERMINAL AND ACTUATING ELEMENT
A conductor terminal having a terminal housing with a locking device for snapping the terminal housing onto a DIN rail, wherein the locking device has a first locking foot that can be elastically displaced relative to the terminal housing, which has a recess for holding an actuating element with which the first locking foot can be elastically displaced. A set formed of such a conductor terminal and an actuating element is also provided.
Connector and socket
A connector that can connect electronic parts in different shapes and sizes. The connector includes a body part, a first connection part, and a second connection part. The body part is attached to a socket. The first connection part and the second connection part are arranged side by side along a first direction and connected to the body part respectively. The first connection part has a first contact part and a second contact part that are disposed opposite to each other with a gap in a second direction. The second connection part has a third contact part and a fourth contact part that are disposed opposite to each other with a gap in the second direction. A shortest distance between the first contact part and the second contact part is set greater than a shortest distance between the third contact part and the fourth contact part.
