PLASTIC SHELL FOR MOUNTING CONNECTION TERMINAL AND CONNECTION TERMINAL
A plastic shell for mounting a connection terminal includes a main body configured as an integral single component. The main body includes a top surface and a bottom surface opposed to each other. The bottom surface is depressed toward the top surface to form an internal space for accommodating a conductive terminal. A connecting portion for mating with the clamping portion of the conductive terminal is disposed in the internal space. A front end surface of the main body has a wire insertion hole for inserting a wire into the conductive terminal, and the wire insertion hole is in communication with the internal space.
Drive unit
A drive unit includes: a rotating electric machine having a rotation axis extending in a horizontal direction; a rotating electric machine case which accommodates the rotating electric machine; and a power conversion device converting electric power supplied to the rotating electric machine and electric power supplied from the rotating electric machine. The power conversion device is arranged on one side of the rotating electric machine. A first connector portion, to which a power line connected to a battery is connected, is provided on an upper portion of the power conversion device to face the horizontal direction. The first connector portion includes an internal connection portion connected to a conductive member arranged inside the power conversion device, and the first connector portion has a configuration in which the internal connection portion permits access from an upper side of the power conversion device.
Cap with a protection wall
A cap (50) is mounted on a housing (22) for accommodating a device-side terminal connected to equipment and a wire-side terminal connected to a wire, the housing (22) being formed with a second opening (228) for exposing a connected part of the device-side terminal and the wire-side terminal, and is provided with a cap body (51) for closing the second opening (228) of the housing (22), locking portions (52) to be locked to outer side surfaces of the housing (22), and protection walls (53) for covering the locking portions (52) while being spaced apart from the locking portions (52).
Connector
A connector includes: a number of busbars; a housing holding of the busbars; and a cover mounted on the housing. The busbars each have a fastening target portion to connect a terminal metal fitting by using a bolt. The fastening target portion is housed in a housing room, and a number of the housing rooms is defined between the housing and the cover. One of the housing rooms corresponding to the fastening target portion of one of the busbars and another of the housing rooms corresponding to the fastening target portion of another of the busbars are separated with a partition wall, and at least part of the partition wall has a liquid-tight portion formed by engaging a projection of one of the housing and the cover with a recess of the other of the housing and the cover.
INSULATION DISPLACEMENT CONTACT SYSTEM
An insulation displacement contact system includes a first insulation displacement contact, a second insulation displacement contact, and a cover having a first portion over the first insulation displacement contact and a second portion over the second insulation displacement contact. The cover includes a retention gap between the first portion and the second portion to engage the cover with a first pair of prongs of the first insulation displacement contact. The first portion of the cover includes a first ledge and a second ledge configured to engage the cover with a second pair of prongs of the first insulation displacement contact.
CONNECTING DEVICE AND ASSEMBLY OF CONNECTING DEVICE AND MATING DEVICE
A connecting device and an assembly of the connecting device and a mating device are provided. The connecting device includes an insulating main body, a plurality of terminals, a magnet set, an inner housing, a crown leaf spring, an outer housing, and a wave spring. The plurality of terminals are disposed on the insulating main body, the magnet set is disposed on the insulating main body, and the inner housing is sleeved around the insulating main body. The wave spring and the crown leaf spring are each disposed between the inner housing and the outer housing, and abut the inner housing, so that the insulating main body, the plurality of terminals, the magnet set, and the inner housing are arranged in a floating state.
CONNECTOR AND CONNECTOR CONNECTION STRUCTURE
A connector 10 includes two connection terminals 30 to be respectively connected to ends of two wires 20 extending side by side and having through holes in tip parts, and a housing 70 for accommodating the two connection terminals 30 separated from each other with the respective tip parts caused to project out. The tip parts of the two connection terminals 30 are overlapped each other while being spaced apart in an orthogonal direction Z, and the through holes of the two connection terminals 30 are located on the same axis along the orthogonal direction Z.
Connector
A connector 10 disclosed by this specification includes a housing 12 including a busbar 30 and a mounting member to be mounted into the housing 12. The housing 12 includes a first lock portion 38. The mounting member includes a second lock portion 60 to be engaged with the first lock portion 38. The first lock portion 38 is provided on the side of an exposed surface 36 of the busbar 30.
SEALING COVER AND MOLDING METHOD THEREOF
Provided is a molding method of a sealing cover, realized by setting up a sealing cover mold, the mold includes a cavity and a core group arranged in the cavity, including setting up a first core and a second core, the mold opening direction of the first core and the second core are not parallel. The present application does not need a process hole to perform the injection molding of the sealing cover with a fastening structure, whose sealing is also better.
WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION OF THREE-PHASE LINE PART AND THREE-PHASE LINE CONNECTING DEVICE
A waterproof construction of a three-phase line part includes a three-phase line part having three bus bar construction bodies, a first terminal block provided on one end side of the three-phase line part, a second terminal block provided on the other end side of the three-phase line part, and a tubular exterior member that covers a middle portion of the three-phase line part. One end of the tubular exterior member is water-tightly fixed to a first housing of the first terminal block, and the other end thereof is water-tightly fixed to a second housing of the second terminal block, in a state that the tubular exterior member covers the three-phase line part.
