TERMINAL FOR AUXILIARY CONTACT
A terminal for an electrical device having a feature to receive an auxiliary connection, the terminal including a cavity including an opening for receiving a first wire, and a terminal device positioned at least partially in the cavity, the terminal device including a distal portion extending external to the cavity, wherein the distal portion of the terminal device is configured to receive a connector of a second wire.
Terminal Fitting, Connector and Method for Manufacturing Terminal Fitting
A terminal fitting comprising: a first terminal portion in which first tab portions, extending from a first tab continuous connecting portion, are arranged; a second terminal portion in which second tab portions, extending from a second tab continuous connecting portion, are arranged; a connecting portion connecting the first and second terminal portions; and a contact portion to be connected to an external terminal. The terminal fitting has a three-dimensional shape in which the terminal fitting having a preliminary shape is bent at the connecting portion. In the three-dimensional shape, the first terminal portion and the second terminal portion are three-dimensionally arranged to be connected at the connecting portion. In the preliminary shape, the first terminal portion and the second terminal portion are arranged to be fitted to each other, and the first tab continuous connecting portion and the second tab continuous connecting portion are connected at the connecting portion.
Electrical connector having terminal supports
An electrical connector in a type of connectors that comes into contact with a counterpart connector in a gap between contacts of terminals is provided in which the adjustment of contact positions of the terminals is easy and therefore the manufacture of the electrical connector is easy and the manufacturing cost is low. The electrical connector includes a housing and paired terminal supports. Each of the paired terminal supports can support the terminals in cantilever fashion. Moreover, the paired terminal supports are mounted on the housing in a state of abutting each other in predetermined directions. The terminals supported by the terminals supports mounted on the housing can form a gap where a contacted object is inserted, between the contacts of the terminals in a direction along the abutment directions of the paired terminal supports.
ELECTRIC CABLE ASSEMBLY FOR HUMAN-POWERED VEHICLE
An electric cable assembly is provided for a human-powered vehicle. The electric cable assembly includes an electric cable, a connector, a coupling member and a molded part. The electric cable includes at least a wire extending from an insulated portion. The coupling member electrically couples the wire to the connector. The molded part integrally accommodates at least part of the insulated portion, at least part of the connector, and the coupling member.
ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX PROVIDED WITH RELIEF TERMINAL PORTION
Provided is an electrical junction box including a relief terminal portion having a structure in, which the relief terminal portion can be constituted with a small number of parts and high space efficiency. The electrical junction box includes: a box body; and a power supply distribution bus bar that is disposed in the box body and includes a power supply input terminal portion and power supply branch terminal portions that are connected by a plate-shaped conducting portion. The relief terminal portion is constituted by at least a portion of the plate-shaped conducting portion of the power supply distribution bus bar being disposed in a state of protruding from the outer surface of the box body and exposed to the outside.

CONNECTOR TERMINAL
An electrically conductive terminal generally extends along a first direction and includes a straight middle portion, a resiliently compressible mating portion extending from a first end of the middle portion for making contact with a conductive pad, and a terminating portion extending from a second end of the middle portion for making contact to a plurality of wires. The terminating portion includes a plurality of electrically connected segments separated by one or more walls and is configured to receive conductive ends of the plurality of wires in a one-to-one correspondence relationship. The terminating portion electrically connects the received wires.
Wire-to-wire connector with insulation displacement connection contact for integral strain relief
An apparatus includes a first electrical contact comprising a first aperture and a first insulation displacement opening. Centers of the first aperture and the first insulation displacement opening are aligned. The apparatus also includes an insulated housing comprising a first wire opening, a second wire opening, and a first electrical contact inlet extending through the first and second wire openings. The first electrical contact is at least partially inserted into the first electrical contact inlet such that at least a portion of the first aperture is aligned with the first wire opening.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR FOR ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE STRIP AND ASSEMBLY FOR HEATING STRUCTURE
An assembly including an electrically conductive strip extending along a longitudinal axis, including a first carrier layer having a first face and a second face opposite the first face; a first electrically conductive track placed on the first face or the second face of the first carrier layer; an electrical connector with a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion that are securely fastened to each other and that define a clamping region for clamping the electrically conductive strip. The first and second clamping portions clamp the electrically conductive strip. At least one of the first and second clamping portions includes a first contact segment making electrical contact with the first electrically conductive track.
Terminal, Connector and Connector Assembly
A terminal comprises a terminal body including a pair of terminal plates spaced opposite each other in a height direction, and a pair of elastic contact members arranged on respective inner sides of the pair of terminal plates. Each elastic contact member includes an elastic arm having an extension direction inclined with respect to a length direction of the terminal body. The elastic arms are adapted to clamp to a mating terminal inserted therebetween along the extension direction to achieve electrical connection between the terminal and the mating terminal.
