Battery terminal adapter
A battery terminal adapter providing support for a plurality of wires, allowing several wires to be connected simultaneously and in parallel to a single, threaded battery electrode or terminal, such as a positive or negative threaded electrode of a vehicle battery. For this purpose, the battery terminal adapter includes an adapter body having a threaded battery terminal receiving cavity, two or more wire-receiving holes and two or more fastener bores in spatial communication with a respective one of the wire-receiving holes. The wire-receiving holes are in electrical communication with the battery terminal receiving cavity so that all electrical wires connected to the wire-receiving holes are powered by the battery.
INSULATION PIERCING TAP CONNECTOR
A tap connector that includes a tap body and an insulation piercing assembly or module is provided. The insulation piercing assembly is secured to the tap body and movable relative to the tap body. The insulation piercing assembly includes a conductive body, at least two sets of electrically conductive insulation piercing teeth secured to the conductive body and a non-conductive cap or coating covering the teeth. When the teeth pierce the non-conductive caps or coating exposing the teeth, the teeth can pierce insulation surrounding the main and tap conductors creating an electrically conductive path between the main conductor and the tap conductor.

Electrical switching device comprising electrical clamping connections
A clamping arrangement includes: two spring-force terminals, the two spring-force terminals each including a clamping cage and a spring, each of the two clamping cages being able to receive an electrical conductor pushed in an insertion direction and to clamp the conductor between the cage and the spring, a first insertion direction of a first of the two spring-force terminals and a second insertion direction of a second of the two spring-force terminals being arranged at an angle larger than 0 to one another. The two spring-force terminals are arranged one behind the other in one of the insertion directions of the electrical conductor. The first insertion direction of the first of the two spring-force terminals and the second insertion direction of the second of the two spring-force terminals are arranged at a right angle to one another or counter to one another.

Connection shield for power distribution networks
A shield for spliced electrical connections includes a cover for T-tap electrical connections. In embodiments, the cover includes complementary halves designed to quickly and securely snap together when the halves are mated with each other to create a shield for a T-tap connection. Fully assembled, the shield provides sleeves that allow the cables being spliced to enter and/or exit the shield. Each of the sleeves is provided with an adhesive sealant that tightly seals the shield against contamination from the elements. Integrated with the cover are structural elements such as gussets that enhance the resistance of the shield to impact damage such as crushing. The shield may be molded from a polymer that, when cured, provides a rigid or semi-rigid cover that generally protects the t-tap connection from all types of environmental damage.
PAD EXTENDING MEMBER
A pad extender for connecting a conductor cable to a transformer. The pad extender includes a planar body including a first portion and a second portion, the first portion having a first portion length. The pad extender further includes an elongate slot defined in the first portion of the planar body, the elongate slot extending along a majority of the first portion length. The pad extender further includes at least one aperture defined in the second portion of the planar body. Wherein the planar body is slidable relative to the transformer along the elongate slot.
COMPRESSION CONNECTOR
The present disclosure provides embodiments of compression-type electrical connectors used to connect one or more branch wires or conductors to one or more run wires or conductors.
