Cable assembly and method for producing an electric and mechanical connection
A cable assembly having at least three electric cables which have electric conductors that are electrically and mechanically connected together. Each of the electric conductors is free of an insulation material and is plate-shaped in a contact point. One of the cables is a carrier cable, and the electric conductor of the carrier cable is formed as a support plate at the contact point in order to attach the contact points of the other electric conductors. Multiple contact points of the other electric conductors are secured to a surface of the support plate next to one another.
Isolating ground switch
A device assembly capable of selectively bonding one or more tracer wires to ground and isolating the one or more tracer wires from ground is provided. The device assembly includes a housing, an electrical switch within the housing and one or more contact assemblies. The one or more tracer wires and ground wire are connected to the one or more contact assemblies. The electrical switch can connect the tracer wires to the ground wire and can isolate the tracer wires from the ground wire.
Wiring member
A wiring member includes: at least one first cover wire; at least one second cover wire; and a first sheet to which at least the first cover wire is fixed. A first hole is formed in the first sheet. A connection part where a core wire of the first cover wire and a core wire of the second cover wire are connected is located in a region where the first hole is formed.

Bus bar including a wiring connector assembly
An electrical distribution box including a bus bar with a quick connect assembly for engaging or disengaging wiring. The bus bar housing defines an interior chamber and includes a wall defining a plurality of holes and release ports therein A space bar within the chamber includes a plurality of spaced-apart fixed contacts and spring contacts. Each spring contact includes an arm that moves towards or away from the fixed contact and is partially aligned with one hole and one release port in the housing. The spring contact moves from an at rest position by inserting a wire through one of the holes. The spring contact locks the wire between itself and the fixed contact. The wire is release by inserting a tool through the release port and applying a linear force to the spring contact, thereby rotating the spring contact away from the fixed contact and releasing the wire.

Surface-mounted pluggable wiring insert key, driving power source box, and detachable modular LED lamp
A surface-mounted pluggable wiring insert key capable of being used for connecting structural parts of multiple strands of weak-current flexible wires, a driving power source box formed by using the surface-mounted pluggable wiring insert key, and a detachable modular LED lamp provided with the driving power source box structure. A damaged driving power source and other damaged assemblies can be conveniently replaced, abandonment of an LED chip having a long service life or even a whole LED lamp can be prevented, the designed structure is simple, and tin soldering is not required, thereby saving resources, greatly reducing use cost, and facilitating the popularization of the LED lamp.
LITHIUM-ION BATTERY PACK
A lithium-ion battery pack includes a housing, a plurality of lithium-ion cells, a first bus bar, a second bus bar, and an interconnect plate. The control circuit includes a printed circuit board that has a longitudinal axis. Each of the cells has a longitudinal axis that is positioned parallel to a longitudinal axis of the printed circuit board. The plurality of cells are all arranged in at least a first cell stack and a second cell stack. The first bus bar electrically couples the printed circuit board to cell terminals of the first cell stack that are adjacent to the first sidewall. The second bus bar electrically couples the printed circuit board to cell terminals of the second cell stack that are adjacent to the first sidewall. The interconnect plate electrically couples the cell terminals of the plurality of lithium-ion cells positioned adjacent to the second sidewall.
Arc resistant power terminal
An arc-resistant electrical terminal includes a mount portion and a wire receiving portion formed of an electrically conductive material. The wire receiving portion is configured to be crimped onto a wire. The mount portion includes a solid tongue having opposing face surfaces. An aperture is formed between the opposing face surfaces for connecting the terminal to a connection point. A layer of insulation material is formed on at least a portion of the tongue for preventing arcing at a connection point. A raised boss is formed to surround the aperture on at least one of the opposing face surfaces of the tongue, the raised boss providing an electrically conductive surface of the terminal free from the layer of insulation material for connection to a connection point.
CONNECTION MEMBER AND MOTOR DRIVE DEVICE HAVING THE SAME
A connection member includes: a first short bar whose one end is attached to a first terminal block; a second short bar which extends in a longitudinal direction of the first short bar and whose one end is attached to a second terminal block, at least part of the other end of the second short bar overlapping the first short bar; and a guide member which is attached to an overlapping part of the first short bar and the second short bar and which allows the second short bar to move relative to the first short bar in the longitudinal direction while maintaining surface contact between the first short bar and the second short bar at the overlapping part.
