EARTHING BOND SEAL
This invention relates to an earthing bond seal for sealing between a flanged bush of an earthing bond and a substrate with which the flanged bush is to form an electrical connection, the seal comprising: an upper surface for engagement with the flange of the bush; a lower surface for engagement with the substrate; and an opening extending between the upper and lower surfaces, wherein the upper surface is provided with a first recess configured to receive the flange of the bush.
Electrical Contact Element And Method of Producing A Hard-Soldered, Electrically Conductive Connection to a Mating Contact by Means of A Pressed-In Soldering Body Made from Hard Solder
An electrical contact for forming a materially bonded, electrically conductive connection to a mating contact comprises a contact surface and a soldering body. The contact surface has a recess extending into the contact surface. The soldering body is formed of a hard solder material and is pressed into the recess. The soldering body protrudes out from the recess beyond the contact surface.
Connection terminal
The present invention provides a connection terminal to be fixed to a conductive portion provided on a glass plate for a vehicle. The connection terminal includes an installation portion having a fixing surface to be fixed to the conductive portion, a rising portion that extends from the installation portion in a direction away from the glass plate, a connection portion that is connected to the rising portion and has a power supply portion configured to supply power, and a solder attached to the fixing surface, in which the solder includes a protruding portion that protrudes from the fixing surface of the installation portion.
Power connector for connecting a conductive wire to a circuit board
A power connector is disclosed. The power connector has a circuit board, a conductive wire, an insulation base, and at least one conductive terminal. The at least one conductive terminal has a first connecting end portion electrically connected with the circuit board and a second connecting end portion electrically connected with the conductive wire. The at least one conductive terminal is fixed into the insulation base such that a top end of the first connecting end portion protrudes from a bottom surface of the insulation base to electrically connect to the circuit board.
TERMINAL FITTING
A terminal fitting includes a contact part that allows part of a mating terminal to be connected thereto, and a joint part that is integral with the contact part and allows a core wire of an electric wire to be connected thereto through welding. The joint part is a V-shaped plate that includes a first inner surface and a second inner surface defining a bending angle which is an obtuse angle, and has a V-shaped cross-sectional shape orthogonal to a bending line. The first inner surface and the second inner surface are planar.
