Plug connector for flexible conductor films
A plug connector for flexible conductor films having film-insulated conductors, includes a plug connector housing in which at least one plug contact element is arranged, and a connection region in which blades electrically conductively connected to the at least one plug contact element penetrate and fix at least one film-insulated conductor and produce an electrical contact. The plug connector housing includes two housing parts which can be pushed into one another, of which the first housing part supports the blades and the at least one plug contact element electrically conductively connected thereto, and the second housing part receives and supports the flexible conductor film and has the at least one blade receptacle which is adapted to the blades and whose boundary surfaces are designed such that the at least a part of the blades is bent towards the film-insulated conductor when the two housing parts are pushed into one another.
Suspended track and planar electrode systems and methods
Suspended and planar electrode systems and methods are disclosed for applications such as lighting. Some embodiments incorporate removable twist-on elements providing uniform spacing between cable rod or strip electrodes extending through space. Multiple electrodes may be attached simultaneously. Twist-on elements may contain light emitting elements electrically attached to parallel electrodes. Embodiments may include mounting features for fixing electrodes above a mounting surface. Some embodiments include electrically insulated electrodes and modules with insulation displacement contact elements and environmental sealing. Some embodiments include polymeric insulation on both the module and electrodes providing environmental sealing when modules are disconnected from electrodes. Electrodes in sealed systems may be suspended with spacers or built into planar arrays in walls, ceiling or furniture. Some embodiments include folded electrode gyrating tracks having mounting positions providing different axial and radial pointing directions. Modules may be attached to electrodes by mechanical or magnetic forces.
Electrical contact limiter structure of wire connection terminal
An electrical contact limiter structure of wire connection terminal has a simplified structure and is easy to operate to enhance the stability of the operation and motion of a metal leaf spring. The wire connection terminal includes conductive components mounted in the insulation case and electrical contact assembled with the conductive components. The electrical contact has a limiter for receiving the metal leaf spring and restricting moving path thereof. The limiter is partitioned into at least one space. A limitation mechanism is assembled with the limiter. The metal leaf spring is mounted in the space. The wiring circuits or conductive wires coming from an apparatus can be easily directly plugged into the space of the limiter to insert with the metal leaf spring. The limiter and the limitation mechanism cooperatively prevent the metal leaf spring from being deflected and over-bent and damaged in operation.
Shield terminal and outer conductor terminal
A shield terminal (10) includes an inner conductor terminal (11), dielectrics (12, 13) configured to accommodate the inner conductor terminal (11), an outer conductor terminal (20) configured to surround the dielectrics (12, 13), a tubular fitting (30) formed in a front end part of the outer conductor terminal (20) in an axial direction, and resilient contacts (31) formed in the tubular fitting (30) and having both front and rear ends integrally connected to the tubular fitting (30). The tubular fitting (30) has interlocking regions (39) surrounding only front end parts (31F) of the resilient contacts (31) and connected to front ends of the resilient contacts (31) are radially resiliently deflectable with front end sides thereof as free ends.
Mount plate for audiovisual devices
A power terminal in a mount plate housing provides electrical power to an audiovisual device. A hot wire connected with the power terminal extends from the mount plate housing. The hot wire is configured to connect with a corresponding hot wire of the audiovisual device. A ground wire extending from the mount plate housing is configured to be connected with a corresponding ground wire of the audiovisual device. A first insulation piercing interconnect is connected with the hot wire. The first insulation piercing interconnect is configured to connect the hot wire with the corresponding hot wire of the audiovisual device to allow exchanging the battery mount interface. A second insulation piercing interconnect is connected with the ground wire. The second insulation piercing interconnect is configured to connect the ground wire with the corresponding ground wire of the audiovisual device to allow exchanging the battery mount interface.

MULTI-USE CONNECTOR FOR TRACER WIRE
Trace wire connectors that include a cover that can be attached to a base and used to electrically interconnect two or more tracer wires without having to remove insulation from the tracer wires. The cover has multiple portals that permit one or more tracer wires to pass into an inner cavity of the cover. The base has multiple cradles on which tracer wires passing into the cavity can rest. The cover can be oriented relative to the base for use with a through tracer wire and a dead-end tracer wire, or for use with multiple dead-end tracer wires.
