Plug-in point adapter for alligator clip
A plug-in point adapter provides a self-contained adapter assembly that may be plugged into the connector jack of an existing electrical alligator clip probe and which increases the length of the probe. In some implementations, the adapter includes a test point that can be projected forward to a selectable length between the jaws of the clip that allows the clip to be used either as the point of a test probe or the original service as an alligator probe. In some implementations, the adapter transfers the alligator jack to the adapter jack for connection of the test lead plug. In some implementations, the adapter latches to the alligator clip and remains on permanently. The original alligator clip is not modified in any way and therefore the adapter can be customized for various designs of alligator clips that do not have to be modified.
Wire-to-wire connector with integrated wire stop
A system includes a housing and a contact portion. The housing includes a first portion and a second portion, the first portion interlocking with the second portion so as to enclose a first volume and form a first wire opening within a first end of the housing and a second wire opening within a second end of the housing. The contact portion is disposed within the first volume and includes a first wire receiving portion, a first flexing beam extending from a first surface of the first wire receiving portion towards a second surface of the first wire receiving portion, a second wire receiving portion, a second flexing beam extending from a first surface of the second wire receiving portion towards a second surface of the second wire receiving portion, and a common wire stop disposed between the first wire receiving portion and the second wire receiving portion.
Insulated electrical connector formed by one-time injection molding
An insulated electrical connector formed by one-time injection molding is disclosed. A base of each metal female terminal has two edges extending upward and inclining relative to each other to form elastic clamping pieces, and an edge extending outwards to form a weld leg. An insulated rubber core is formed on the metal female terminals by one-time injection molding. The bases are embedded in the insulated rubber core. The elastic clamping pieces are received in cavities of the insulated rubber core. Insertion holes corresponding to the elastic clamping pieces are formed in bottoms of the cavities. Conical guide-in faces are formed at bottoms of the insertion holes. The weld legs stretch out of the insulated rubber core. The insulated electrical connector is convenient to install and realizes stable electric connection.
Cable end fitting and cable abutment and method of securement
A cable conduit end for securing a cable to a cable abutment of a latch is provided. The cable conduit end including: a housing; an alignment feature incorporated into a surface of the housing; a pair of flexible retention features integrally formed with the housing of the conduit end, wherein the flexible retention features are spring biased into a first position.

Electrical connector and electrical connector assembly capable of ensuring terminal positioning effect
An electrical connector includes: a body, provided with multiple accommodating holes penetrating through an upper surface and a lower surface of the body; multiple terminals, correspondingly accommodated in the accommodating holes; and multiple solders. Each accommodating hole has two opposite shielding portions. Each terminal includes a base, two extending portions bending and extending from two opposite sides of the base, two contact arms extending downward from the two extending portions and toward each other, and two clamping portions bending and extending from two opposite sides of a lower end of the base. An upper end of the base is exposed upward to a corresponding accommodating hole. The shielding portions shield upper ends of the extending portions. The two contact arms are used for a pin of a plug to insert downward therebetween. Each solder is correspondingly clamped by the two clamping portions.

Electrical contact element for a bus element of a mounting rail bus system
An electrical contact element for a bus element of a mounting rail bus system includes: a contact body that extends in an areal manner along an extension plane; and at least one contact leg that is arranged on the contact body and extends along the extension plane. When measured perpendicularly to the extension plane, the contact body has a first thickness and the at least one contact leg has a second thickness that is smaller than the first thickness.
