Connection terminal
A connection terminal includes a terminal main body, a contact member, a locking structure, and a position adjustment structure. The terminal main body is electrically conductive and includes a female connector. The contact member is disposed, in a first region of an internal space of the female connector, to face an inner circumferential surface of the female connector. The locking structure holds the contact member at a position thereof after completion of housing of the contact member in the internal space. The position adjustment structure adjusts the position of the contact member in the internal space. The position adjustment structure includes a locked holder disposed in the contact member and a locking holder disposed in the terminal main body.
Connector removal tool
A connector removal tool comprising a rigid press and release device for removing a connector from an electronics assembly. Upon engagement of the rigid press and the release device, first and second press members of the rigid press engage and move about a pair of deflecting engagement members of the release device to cause the pair of deflecting engagement members to deflect to compress and unlock interlocking tabs of the connector to facilitate removal from the electronics assembly. A single motion of the rigid press can cause unlocking of the connector. Alternatively, a connector removal tool comprises biased deflecting rigid press members that engage directly with a connector to unlock the interlocking tabs of the connector to facilitate removal of the connector from an electronics assembly.
Low insertion force tab receptacle
A receptacle terminal for receipt of a mating terminal therein. The receptacle terminal has a contact portion including a bottom wall and resilient contact arms which extend from the bottom wall. The resilient contact arms have resilient contact sections and mating terminal engagement members. The mating terminal engagement members have a projection receiving opening. A spring arm extends from the bottom wall toward the mating terminal engagement members. The spring arm has a projection which extends from the spring arm to create a raised area on an inner surface of the spring arm to engage the mating terminal. Prior to the receipt of the mating terminal, the projection of the spring arm is positioned in the projection receiving opening of the mating terminal engagement members, allowing the portions of the spring arm to be positioned proximate the mating terminal engagement members.

Multi-contact connector
A multi-contact connector includes terminals, which each include a first contact piece section, which has a first contact section, which achieves pressing contact with a pin terminal in a first direction, and a first elastic arm, which extends in a direction that intersects the first direction and displaceably supports the first contact section, and a second contact piece section, which has a second contact section, which achieves pressing contact with the pin terminal in the first direction, and a second elastic arm, which displaceably supports the second contact section. The second elastic arm extends in the first direction, which intersects the direction in which the first elastic arm extends, and an end portion of the second elastic arm or the end portion in the extending direction, that is, the front end facing the first elastic arm is formed as a spring piece linked to the second contact section.
Electrical contact spring with extensions
An electrical terminal assembly includes a contact member. The contact member has a contact base. A plurality of contact arms extend from the contact base in an arm direction. The electrical terminal assembly includes a spring member supported on the contact member. The spring member includes a spring base. A plurality of spring arms extend from the spring base in the arm direction. The spring arms engage the plurality of contact arms. The spring member includes a shroud. The shroud extends in the arm direction around and beyond the contact arms. A shroud extension extends from the shroud opposite the arm direction. The shroud extension engages the contact base.

WIRE-TO-WIRE CONNECTOR WITH INTEGRATED WIRE STOP
A system includes a housing and a contact portion. The housing includes a first portion and a second portion, the first portion interlocking with the second portion so as to enclose a first volume and form a first wire opening within a first end of the housing and a second wire opening within a second end of the housing. The contact portion is disposed within the first volume and includes a first wire receiving portion, a first flexing beam extending from a first surface of the first wire receiving portion towards a second surface of the first wire receiving portion, a second wire receiving portion, a second flexing beam extending from a first surface of the second wire receiving portion towards a second surface of the second wire receiving portion, and a common wire stop disposed between the first wire receiving portion and the second wire receiving portion.
Electrode and cable connections in electrocardiography systems
In electrocardiography (ECG) system, a patient cable connecting one or more electrodes to a processing device for processing ECG signals may include one or more electrode connectors mechanically keyed to respective electrodes and/or a device connector mechanically and/or electronically keyed to a cable connector of the processing device. In some embodiments, keying between the cable and electrode is achieved, for example, with an electrode including a hollow-post portion that defines a bore in conjunction with a post protruding from an arm of the electrode connector that is sized to fit within the bore.
