The spring is at least partially loaded in the locked position.
Electronic device
An electronic device includes a device body and a female terminal structure connected to the device body. The female terminal structure includes a female terminal body, a tunnel, a second terminal member, and a secured terminal member. The female terminal body is connected to the device body and a mating electronic device, respectively. The tunnel is recessed from the female terminal body. The second terminal member is disposed at the female terminal body and received in the tunnel. The second terminal member has a terminal inserting portion. The secured terminal member is disposed at the female terminal body, spaced from the second terminal member, and disposed on an outer periphery of the extension portion. The extension portion is substantially flushed with the secured terminal member. The second terminal member is not flushed with the extension portion. The second terminal member is enclosed by the extension portion.
Battery clamp device
A battery clamp having a first inner metal battery clamp member having a handle portion and a clamp portion, a second inner metal battery clamp member having a handle portion and a clamp portion, a first outer insulating battery clamp member having a handle portion and a clamp portion connected to the first inner metal battery clamp, and a second outer insulating battery clamp member having a handle portion and a clamp portion connected to the second inner metal battery clamp. The first inner metal battery clamp member and/or the second inner metal battery clamp member having a battery cable connector configured to allow a user to access the battery cable connector with the user's fingers or a tool while avoiding interference with the handle portions of the battery clamp.
The first inner metal battery clamp member and/or the second inner metal battery clamp member having an inclined connection plate for connection with a battery cable, the inclined connect plate configured to allow a user to access the inclined access plate with a tool while avoiding interference with the handle portions of the battery clamp.
Battery pole terminal
A battery pole terminal, having an annular section, which surrounds a cylindrical or conical receiving space at least in sections in a circumferential direction, the annular section having an interruption with respect to the circumferential direction with two opposite edges. A gripping section for a clamping mechanism is provided at each of the edges. Furthermore, the battery pole terminal has a clamping mechanism which acts on the gripping sections and can exert a clamping force on the edges, pushing the opposite edges toward each other. A force limiting mechanism is provided which, when a minimum distance between the edges is reached, prevents an increase in the clamping force on the gripping sections.
BATTERY AND BATTERY CLAMP SYSTEMS
A battery clamp system for a battery includes a terminal receiving portion configured to be coupled to a terminal of the battery. The battery clamp system includes an anti-rotation projection coupled to the terminal receiving portion. The anti-rotation projection is configured to be coupled to the battery. The anti-rotation projection extends along an axis that is parallel to a longitudinal axis of the battery clamp system. The battery clamp system includes a first flange coupled to the terminal receiving portion that extends along a first flange axis substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The battery clamp system includes a second flange coupled to the terminal receiving portion so as to be spaced apart from the first flange. The first flange is configured to cooperate with the second flange to couple the terminal receiving portion to the battery.
Connection assembly for use in battery module and battery module
Disclosed are a connection assembly for a battery module and a battery module. The connection assembly for a battery module has a housing body, a cover plate and an openable and closable door, wherein the housing body is used for supporting a plurality of components; the cover plate covers the housing body and used for covering the plurality of components on the housing body; the cover plate is provided with a second through-hole, and the second through-hole positionally corresponds to at least one of the plurality of components; the openable and closable door is movably mounted on the cover plate, and is positionally changeable between an open position and a closed position; wherein in the open position, the openable and closable door opens the second through-hole to expose the at least one of the plurality of components; and in the closed position, the openable and closable door shields at least part of the second through-hole to cover the at least one of the plurality of components on the body. A contact state between a temperature sensor and a cell can be examined by means of the second through-hole.
Power connection device for an electric battery and connection assembly comprising this device
Described is a power connection device of an electric battery including a cage, a busbar and a contact pad. The cage is made from a first material chosen for its mechanical properties and rigidity. The busbar and the pad are made from a second material chosen for its electrical conduction properties. The cage also comprises spring means designed to clamp at least a portion of a tab, inserted into the cage, against the pad. A connection assembly comprising the power connection device and a tab electrically connected to a battery cell is also described.
Bus bar module
A bus bar includes a plurality of fastening holes in which a plurality of electrodes of a single cell is fastened with a nut, and a plurality of projections formed between the fastening holes and projecting in a direction away from the single cell. A case includes a bus bar hosing portion in which the bus bar is housed, and a support portion disposed in the projection of the bus bar housed in the bus bar housing portion and abutting against a back surface of the projection to support the bus bar. The support portion includes a base portion protruding in an arrangement direction of the fastening holes. At least a part of both side surfaces of the base portion overlaps with an inner side surface of the projection as viewed from a direction perpendicular to a fastening direction in which the bus bar is fastened to the electrode.
