CABLE SEQUENCE FOR A WIRING OF AN ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT, METHOD FOR PRODUCTION AND USE
The disclosure relates to a cable sequence for wiring of an electrical circuit with a series arrangement of a plurality of pre-assembled cables, each of which has a first cable end and a second cable end which lies opposite the first cable end, wherein each of the pre-assembled cables has a conductor and a conductor insulation, and wherein the cable ends are processed for the wiring of an electrical circuit in such a manner that a respective conductor end is insulation-free at the first cable end and at the second cable end, and connections between adjacently arranged pre-assembled cables in the series arrangement, wherein, by means of the connections, in each case a first cable end of a pre-assembled cable, produced beforehand as free cable end, and a second cable end of a next pre-assembled cable in the series arrangement, produced beforehand as free cable end, are connected to one another. Furthermore, a method for producing a cable sequence for wiring an electrical circuit and the use of a cable sequence are provided.
Techniques to decommission battery based on user command
In one aspect a device includes at least one processor, a battery that powers the at least one processor, and storage accessible to the at least one processor. The device also includes circuitry to, responsive to a user command to decommission the battery, discharge the battery to render the battery inoperable.
Magnetic coupling systems
This patent pertains to magnetic coupling systems. One implementation includes magnetic jumper cables, which include magnetic couplers and elongate, insulated, electrically-isolated electric conductors.
JUMPER CABLE
A jumper cable which includes a receptacle mounted on, near or within a battery casing. The receptacle may include a socket having a pair of circular contacts on the inner circumference thereof electrically connected to battery terminals. The device may also include a cable having a plug on each end configured to mate with the receptacle socket. Such a plug may include a larger-diameter ring for engaging the upper contact and a smaller-diameter ring for engaging the lower contact when the plug is inserted into the socket, Accordingly, if a battery needs recharging, a plug is inserted into the receptacle associated with the dead battery and the opposing plug is inserted into a receptacle associated with a charged battery to establish electrical interconnection there between. Alternatively, an adapter having a socket and electrical clamps for grasping battery terminals may be used when a receptacle is not connected to one of the batteries.
Sensor and shunt resistor
Provided is a sensor including a first bus bar, a second bus bar, and a shunt resistor including a shunt resistor body part whose one end portion is bonded to the first bus bar and the other end portion is bonded to the second bus bar and a detection terminal extending from the shunt resistor body part.
Battery post terminal assembly
A battery post terminal assembly includes a conductive band and a clamp mechanism. The conductive band includes a first free end and a second free end. The conductive band defines an aperture for receiving a battery post of a battery. The clamp mechanism includes a wedge member that defines a recess between a first surface and a second surface thereof. The recess has an open end and a closed end that is narrower than the open end. The first surface is convex. The first free end and the second free end are positioned in the recess. The first free end is movable along the first surface toward the closed end to be moved by the first surface toward the second free end to tighten the conductive band around the battery post.
Polarized battery clamp and booster cable
A polarized battery clamp includes a contact handle with an internal electrical path connecting a handle electrical connector at one end of the contact handle to a terminal contact pad at a second handle end, the contact handle also having an internal electrical contact bus connected to the electrical connector; and a contact arm having a terminal contact pad at a first arm end and a stepped pivot pin at a second arm end, the contact arm also having an electrical conductor electrically connected to the arm terminal contact pad; wherein the electrical conductor is placed into electrical contact with the electrical contact bus by inserting the stepped pivot pin into a handle positional slot.
Terminal assembly, power module including the same, spindle body including the same, and electric device including the same
A continuable power module includes at least one battery. The battery includes a main body, a first electrode terminal, a second electrode terminal and a conducting terminal. The main body includes a connecting end and a continuing end opposite to the connecting end. The first electrode terminal is disposed at the connecting end, and the second electrode terminal is disposed at the continuing end. The structure of the second electrode terminal matches the structure of the first electrode terminal. The conducting terminal includes a secured end and a free end. The secured end is disposed at the continuing end, and the free end is detachably connected to the first electrode terminal. The conducting terminal is connected electrically to the first electrode terminal via the free end, such that the continuing end of the one battery is connected to the connecting end of another battery.
Battery
A battery, for example, a rechargeable battery (e.g. lithium ion battery) having a casing with battery terminals. The casing, for example, includes an upper section, middle section, and lower section connected together. The battery can be connected to one or more battery trays having the same height or different heights for various applications.
