The first border line and the third border line have a first projection distance therebetween. The second border line and the fourth border line have a second projection distance therebetween. The first projection distance and the second projection distance are both 0.2 mm or more.

Engagement component includes connecting portion, first movable end portion, second movable end portion, first protruding portion, and second protruding portion. First and second movable end portions are respectively connected to two opposite sides of connecting portion. First protruding portion protrudes from first movable end portion and is removably engaged with first positioning recess. Second protruding portion protrudes from second movable end portion and is removably engaged with first engagement hole.

IDCC connection system and process

An Insulation Displacement Contact Compliant connector system (IDCC) which includes a housing, header pins, and a Printed Circuit Board (PCB). Each header pin has at least a single barb to be retained into the housing. Each pin has a blade for contacting a wire. A compliant feature on the pin retains itself into holes in the PCB. The housing has a negative space similarly shaped to the pin. The housing includes a strain relief which provides a lead-in for a wire. When the system is fully assembled, the pins reside in the housing, and exit through the housing and into and through respective holes in the PCB. A wire can be inserted into the housing once the pins reside in the housing. There are several options for the assembly process including a) a pin-to-housing insertion process; b) a housing assembly-to-PCB process or a connector-to-PCB process; and c) a wired housing assembly-to-PCB assembly process or a wire harness-to-PCB assembly process.

The wiring base further includes a first film extending in the second direction and positioned between first and second grounding conductors adjacent to each other in plan of the first surface.

Connector Assembly and Connector

A connector assembly comprises a first connector and a second connector. The first connector includes a first housing and first connection terminals. The first housing defines a receiving cavity with an open upper end. A second connector includes a second housing and second connection terminals. The second housing is adapted to be partially inserted into the receiving cavity such that the second connection terminals electrically contact with the first connection terminals. The second housing defines an oblique-insertion restriction structure protruding from a remaining uninserted portion of the second housing. The restriction structure is sized and positioned to abut against an upper end surface of the first housing in a condition in which the second housing is inserted into the receiving cavity in an oblique posture relative to the first housing.

The first connecting pad includes a first mounting member connected with the side surface, and a first convex member extending from the first mounting member and received in the first concavity. The first conductive member includes a first conductive part arranged between the side surface and the first mounting member, and a second conductive part arranged between the first surface and the first convex member.
