The first locking portions are locked with the second engaging portion, and the second locking portion are locked with the first engaging portions after the board connector and the cable connector is mated with each other.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE HAVING A CIRCUIT BOARD CONTAINED IN A DEVICE HOUSING AND CONNECTION ELEMENTS CONNECTED TO THE CIRCUIT BOARD FOR CONNECTING ELECTRICAL CONNECTION CONDUCTORS
A method for producing an electronic device for use within a switchgear cabinet, includes providing connection elements for the electronic device that are first integrated in a device housing provided for the electronic device. Then a circuit board for the electronic device is inserted in the device housing and the connection elements are connected to the circuit board.
Separator assembly, battery module, battery pack, apparatus and manufacturing method
The application provides a separator assembly, a battery module, a battery pack, an apparatus, and a manufacturing method. The separator assembly includes: an insulating plate, a circuit board arranged on the insulating plate, busbars arranged on the insulating plate on at least one side of the circuit board, and connection sheets connected between the busbars and the circuit board. The connection sheets include an upper connection sheet and a lower connection sheet. The insulating plate includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The upper connection sheet is arranged on the first surface, and the insulating plate and the lower connection sheet are arranged to be at least partially overlapped in the height direction of the separator assembly, and at least a portion of the lower connection sheet is arranged on the second surface.

CRIMPING ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CRIMPING ELEMENT
The crimping element for holding a wire with a nominal diameter of approximately 0.1 mm or less comprises sheet-metal with a base portion extending in a base plane and a holding portion connected to the base portion. The holding portion comprises first and second clamping elements spaced apart from each other by a holding portion recess. The first element comprises a first clamping portion extending in a first plane and connected to the base portion and a second clamping portion, forming a first clamping region for holding the wire. The second element comprises a third clamping portion extending in a second plane and connected to the base portion and a fourth clamping portion, forming a second clamping region for holding the wire The first plane forms a first angle approximately 0°-10° with the base portion plane. The second plane forms a second angle approximately 1°-10° with the first plane.
Electrical assembly
An electrical assembly having a housing with a housing pot and a housing cover closing the housing pot and at least two connection terminals provided for the electrical connection of the assembly. The connection terminals each comprise a base plate, a clamping plate, which can be arranged on the base plate, for clamping at least one electrical conductor between the base plate and the clamping plate, a contact pin protruding into the housing pot, and a screw for fastening the clamping plate to the base plate. The housing pot is a hollow cylinder with a closed bottom and the electrical connection terminals are arranged along an imaginary circular line on the housing. The base plates and/or the clamping plates each have a trapezoidal base area.
ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE SHIELDING CONFIGURATION OF ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electromagnetic interference shielding configuration of an electronic device includes a housing, a connecting circuit board, at least one EMI filter, and a shielding component. The housing has an accommodating space and a shielding space. A mainboard is disposed in the accommodating space, and a connecting circuit board is disposed in the shielding space and electrically conducted to the mainboard. The at least one EMI filter is disposed on the connecting circuit board and electrically conducted to the mainboard through the connecting circuit board. The shielding component combines with the housing and covers the EMI filter. Thus the EMI filter will not have electromagnetic interferences with external electronic components and provide a stable operation of the electronic device.
CONNECTOR
A connector includes a plurality of contacts each including first and second contact pieces provided with first and second contact portions at distal end sides, respectively, that come into contact with conductor portions of two insertable/removable connection objects when the connection objects are inserted, and a connection portion to be connected and secured to a board. The connector further includes a housing that holds the contacts in an array and includes an insertion opening of a shape that allows insertion of the connection objects and a battery from a same direction, and a terminal is arranged in the housing and spaced apart from the contacts in a width direction of the housing, the terminal including third and fourth contact pieces provided with third and fourth contact portions on distal end sides, respectively, configured to come into contact with the conductor portion of one of the connection objects and the battery.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR WITH HYBRID CONNECTION FOR CONDUCTIVE TERMINALS
An electrical connector includes an insulating body, a number of first conductive terminals, a number of second conductive terminals, an adapter circuit board, and cables. The first conductive terminals include a number of first high-speed signal terminals and a number of first non-high-speed signal terminals. Each first high-speed signal terminal includes a first connecting portion. Each first non-high-speed signal terminal includes a first elastic mounting arm. The second conductive terminals include a number of second high-speed signal terminals and a number of second non-high-speed signal terminals. Each second high-speed signal terminal includes a second connecting portion. Each second non-high-speed signal terminal includes a second elastic mounting arm. The adapter circuit board is located between the first elastic mounting arms and the second elastic mounting arms. The cables include first cables electrically connected to the first connecting portions and second cables electrically connected to the second connecting portions.
TERMINAL MEMBER AND CONNECTOR
A connector has a fixing hole in an intermediate portion of a terminal member, and has an engagement portion projecting downward in a thickness direction, at an end portion at a front end side of the fixing hole. Therefore, when the terminal member is attached to a housing, movement of the terminal member toward a rear end side can be restricted by fitting a projection portion of the housing into the fixing hole. Furthermore, since the engagement portion is provided to the terminal member, movement of the terminal member toward the rear end side can be restricted by engaging the engagement portion with a front end surface of a protrusion portion of the housing.
