ELECTRICAL WIRE WITH TERMINAL, AND WIRE HARNESS STRUCTURE

A covered conductive wire is configured by covering a conductive wire with an insulating cover portion. The conductive wire is formed of an aluminum-based material, for example. A crimping portion includes a cover crimping portion for crimping the cover portion of the covered conductive wire, and a conductor crimping portion for crimping a portion of the conductive wire that is exposed when the cover portion is removed at the tip portion of the covered conductive wire. It is possible to use polyvinyl chloride and/or a non-halogen member, for example, for the cover portion of the covered conductive wire, and a plasticizer, filler, stabilizer, or the like is compounded as needed. A material that shrinks by a factor of 7% or less after being allowed to stand for 120 hours at a high temperature of 120° C. is used for this cover portion.

Terminal blocks

An example terminal block may include a frame that is to attach to a power supply casing. The frame may be formed from an electrical insulator, and may include a base, exterior walls connected to the base, and a number of interior walls that separate an interior region of the frame into multiple compartments. The example terminal block may include a cover that may be formed from an electrical insulator and may be connected to the frame such that the cover may transition between an open position and a closed position. Each of the compartments may electrically isolate bus bars from one another, where the bus bars extend from within the power supply casing into the frame. The base may include a nut holder in each of the compartments, each of the nut holders having a cavity formed therein that is shaped so as to hold a nut captive.

CONNECTION STRUCTURE BETWEEN PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD AND TERMINAL BLOCK, TERMINAL BLOCK, AND AIR CONDITIONER

A connection structure between a printed circuit board and a terminal block includes: an insertion portion at one end of the printed circuit board with a pattern disposed thereon; a terminal-block main body including a receiving port that receives the insertion portion; a nut held in the terminal-block main body; and a screw tightened into the nut. The pattern is interposed between the screw and the nut when the insertion portion is inserted into the receiving port.

Terminal and electronic device having the same

The invention discloses a terminal and an electronic device having the same. The terminal includes a connecting part, a mounting part, and a fixing part along an insertion direction, wherein the connecting part is adapted to be connected to a jump wire of an electronic component, the mounting part has an outer profile matching with at least a portion of an inner profile of an insertion hole in a base, for restricting displacement of the terminal after being inserted into the insertion hole, and the fixing part is adapted to be threadedly connected with the a fixing member so as to connect the fixing part to a circuit board.

WIRE CONNECTION TERMINAL STRUCTURE

A wire connection terminal structure includes a leaf spring, a conductive plate and a fixing frame framing and connecting with the leaf spring and the conductive plate. The conductive plate is formed with a base section assembled with the fixing frame. The leaf spring is formed with an elastic swingable holding section extending to a position in contact with the base section. The holding section and the base section define therebetween an elastic holding mouth. An external electrical wire can be plugged into the holding mouth and held between the holding section and the base section and electrically connected with the conductive plate. The conductive plate and the fixing frame are two separate components so that the conductive plate is solely made of a high-conductivity material, while the fixing frame is made of a material with higher structural rigidity.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR

An electrical connector for mounting on an external circuit board includes: an insulating body having an upper receiving space and a lower receiving space; a terminal module assembled on the insulating body and including plural pin terminals, each pin terminal having a pin for mounting on the external circuit board, wherein the terminal module is capable of being modified to support 1G or 2.5G or 5G or 10G or 25G or 40G signal transmission while keeping arrangement pattern of the pins unchanged in order to be mounted on the same external circuit board.

Electrical connector having a dual-actuated releasable latch

An electrical connector includes a housing having a mating end, a rear end opposite the mating end, and an exterior wall extending at least partially between the mating end and the rear end. The exterior wall includes a cavity with a latch held on the housing at least partially received in the cavity and a latch actuator at least partially received in the cavity. The latch actuator has first and second release mechanisms. The first release mechanism includes a pull tab being linearly movable within the cavity during a pull release operation, and the second release mechanism includes a push button being movable within the cavity during a push release operation for interacting with the latch to release the latch during the push release operation.

MODULE-TERMINAL BLOCK CONNECTION STRUCTURE AND CONNECTION METHOD

A module-terminal block connection structure includes: a printed wiring board; a terminal block which is disposed on one surface of the printed wiring board and is formed into a three-dimensional shape by a conductive material, the terminal block being fixed to the printed wiring board; a power module which is disposed on the other surface (rear surface) of the printed wiring board and includes an electric circuit and a press-fit type lead pin used as a circuit terminal; and a conductive portion which is electrically connected to the terminal block, includes a hole (through-hole) for press-inserting the lead pin thereinto, and is electrically connected to the power module while the lead pin is press-inserted into the hole.
