An electrical circuit board plug contact device includes an electrical circuit board contact element and an electrical plug contact element formed separately from the electrical circuit board contact element. The electrical plug contact element is laterally offset with respect to the electrical circuit board contact element and an electrically conductive connection is provided between the electrical circuit board contact element and the electrical plug contact element.
Floating socket connector
A socket connector is configured to mount to a component, such as a printed circuit board. The socket connector includes a base having a passageway and a channel extending outwardly from the passageway, a barrel including a wall having a flange extending outwardly therefrom, at least one biasing member engaging the flange and surrounding the wall, and a contact seated within the barrel. The wall is seated within the passageway and the flange is seated within the channel. The barrel is configured for movement within the base to align a centerline of a pin inserted into the socket connector with a centerline of the hole of the component.
Separable high-voltage connector assembly and manufacturing method therefor
A separable high-voltage connector assembly which can miniaturize a size by individually separating each first pin of a connector mounted on a board to form multiple small connectors and simplify a process and prevent an error that connectors are incorrectly inserted into each other by forming an inserting connector through fastening and assembling each of individually separated second pins.
BUS BAR ASSEMBLY
A bus bar assembly comprises a first bus bar and a second bus bar. Each bus bar comprises a bridge flange having a first side and a second side, top and bottom flanges extending from the first side of the bridge flange, and an interface flange extending from the second side of the bridge flange. The bus bar assembly further comprises a first insulation layer positioned between the top flanges of the first and second bus bars and a second insulation layer positioned between the bottom flanges of the first and second bus bars. Each of the top and bottom flanges comprises a plurality of mating devices coupled thereto. The top flanges of the first and second bus bars and the first insulation layer are fixedly joined together. The bottom flanges of the first and second bus bars and the second insulation layer are fixedly joined together.
SCALABLE ELECTRONIC MODULES HAVING A COMMON FORM FACTOR
An electronic system for a vehicle includes: a first module including: a first circuit board having a predetermined form factor; a first module on the first circuit board and including a plurality of pins; a first electrical connector disposed on a first surface of the first circuit board and including a plurality of pins; and a plurality of electrical conductors connecting the pins of the first electrical connector with the pins of the first module, respectively; and a second module including: a second circuit board having the predetermined form factor; a second module on the second circuit board and including a plurality of pins; a second electrical connector disposed on a first surface of the second circuit board and including a plurality of pins, the second electrical connector coupled to the first electrical connector.
Power supply device and conductive spring contact thereof
A power supply device includes a housing, a circuit board and a conductive spring contact. The housing has a receiving structure. The circuit board is disposed in the housing. The conductive spring contact is disposed in the receiving structure and includes a base portion, a contact portion and a curved portion. The contact portion is connected to the base portion and is bent relative to the base portion. The contact portion extends between the circuit board and a wall portion of the receiving structure, and the contacts the circuit board. The curved portion is connected to the contact portion and abuts against the wall portion.
Socket structure
A socket structure is provided and includes a circuit board, an insulating base, a pin and a conductive component. The insulating base is disposed on the circuit board and includes a first side and a second side opposite to each other. The pin is disposed between the first side and the second side. The conductive component is connected between the circuit board and the insulating base and includes a first arm, a second arm and a connecting part. The first arm and the second arm are connected to each other through the connecting part. The first arm is fixed on the second side of the insulating base and connected to the pin and includes a first fixing end connected to the circuit board. The second arm includes a second fixing end connected to the circuit board.
PROTECTION CIRCUITS FOR UNTETHERED CABLES
Circuits, methods, and apparatus that can provide an untethered cable that can safely provide power using a variety of power adapters, can protect users from voltages at exposed contacts of a connector insert, and can disconnect from a power adapter when damage to the cable is detected.
MAGNETIC CURRENT SENSOR INTEGRATION INTO HIGH CURRENT CONNECTOR DEVICE
A power connector is provided that is configured to conduct a current. The power connector includes a base structure, an extension structure, and a connector head structure that define a current path for the current. The base structure is coupled to an output node of a primary conductor and receives the current from the primary conductor. The connector head structure is configured to output the current from the power connector to the load. The extension structure is coupled to and extends between the base structure and the connector head structure. The extension structure includes a current constriction region configured to increase a magnetic flux density of a magnetic field produced by the current flowing through the current constriction region at a position of a magnetic current sensor that generates a sensor signal based on the magnetic field magnetic field produced by the current flowing through the current constriction region.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION STRUCTURE
An electrical connection structure includes: a first unit including a terminal; and a second unit including a connection terminal. The electrical connection structure is configured by mounting the second unit to the first unit such that the connection terminal is electrically connected to the terminal. The terminal has a plate-shaped tab. The connection terminal includes a receptacle formed with a connection groove into which the tab is inserted, and a spring contact provided on inner side surfaces of the connection groove. The spring contact comes into elastic contact with outer surfaces of the tab inserted into the connection groove.
