SUPPORT RAILS FOR LUMINAIRES OR ELECTRCIAL UNITS
A support rail for luminaires or electrical units (60) has a support rail profile (50), which encloses an elongated receiving space, along with at least one busbar (55), arranged in the receiving space, with contactable conductors (58), wherein the support rail (50) further has, on its outside, display means (10) for visually representing the function of the conductors (58).
CAR CONNECTION LINE
An automobile connection cable is configured with a controller area network (CAN-bus) circuit design and provided with a protocol interface between the J533 connector and USB Type-C. The function of switching between different protocols is achieved through the configuration of the cable assembly, so that the driver-assistance system ensures a better adaptability to the VAG vehicle models of Volkswagen Corporation (VAG). When the vehicle is shut off, the circuit control board can also control the constant power supply system between the external device and the vehicle, thereby reducing power consumption.
IDENTIFICATION DEVICE FOR CONNECTION CABLES IN TELECOMMUNICATION-NETWORK JUMPER BOARDS
Each of the opposite ends of a patch cord carries a connector (20), wherein the identifier device (ID) has a body (30) in a “U” shape, having a basic leg (31) to be seated against an upper face (21) of the connector (20) and provided with an outwardly facing housing (33) and with at least one projection (34) facing inwardly of the body (30) and to be fitted inside of a crimping cavity (25) of the connector (20), the body (30) further having two side legs (32) than can be seated against respective opposite side faces (22) of the connector (20) and incorporating an inner end tooth (35) to be seated against the lower face (23) of the connector (20); an identifier tag (40) positioned on the housing (33); and a cover (50) closing the housing (33) and retaining the identifier tag (40) within the latter.
Shape of connector shells of cables
An assembly includes an electrical cord, an electrical connector, and a housing having a first end engaged with the electrical cord and a second end from which the electrical connector extends. The first end has a first transverse cross-section and the second end has a second transverse cross-section different from the first transverse cross-section.
Junction box
Junction boxes are disclosed relating to commercial and residential wiring that include a container and multiple push in locking electrical connectors. The push in locking electrical connectors are arranged facing the exterior of the box such that the box is operable without being opened and such that the individual conductors of multiconductor wires may be conveniently wired to separate sets of push in locking electrical connectors electrically joining the multiconductor wires.
Safety-equipped connection systems and methods thereof for establishing electrical connections
Connection systems and methods thereof facilitate establishing electrical connections through a barrier such as a drape without compromising a sterile field established by the barrier. A connection system can include two connectors. A first connector can include a first-connector housing defining a cavity, a slideable end piece coupled to a distal-end portion of the first-connector housing, and at least a first piercing element connected to a first electrical lead. The first piercing element can be configured to enter the cavity and pierce a barrier disposed in the cavity when the slideable end piece is advanced toward a proximal-end portion of the first-connector housing. A second connector can include at least a first receptacle within a second-connector housing connected to a second electrical lead. The first receptacle can be configured to form at least a first electrical connection with the first piercing element after the first piercing element pierces the barrier.
CONTACT IDENTIFICATION ATTACHMENT FOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS
A method and system for contact identification on a connector is provided. Specifically, a contact identification attachment to be affixed onto a connector may include an insert containing a plurality of cutouts and one or more indicators corresponding to the cutouts. The cutouts may correspond to the contacts on the connector. Using the indicators as aids, a user may connect proper wires to the proper contacts on the connector.
Heat Stabilized, Flame Retardant Polymer Composition
A polymer composition that comprises from about 20 wt. % to about 70 wt. % of a polymer matrix that includes a polyimide; from about 10 wt. % to about 50 wt. % of inorganic fibers; from about 5 wt. % to about 30 wt. % of a flame retardant system that includes an organophosphorous compound; and from about 0.1 wt. % to about 5 wt. % of a stabilizer system that includes a heat stabilizer is provided. The heat stabilizer includes a copper compound. The polymer composition exhibits an initial tensile strength and an aged tensile strength after exposure to temperature of 200° C. for 1,000 hours. The ratio of the aged tensile strength to the initial tensile strength is about 0.5 or more.
Patch panel system and jack module attachment thereto
A jack module includes a chassis, a frame, and jacks. The jack module is configured to releasably hold any of a plurality of types of jacks. Each jack is configured to releasably mount to the frame. The frame is configured to couple to the chassis so that rear portions of the jacks extend rearwardly from the chassis. The jack module mounts to a rear of a patch panel frame by coupling the jack module to a faceplate mounted at a front of the patch panel frame.
Armature with windings and method of connecting winding ends of armature to terminal
The armature of the present invention comprises windings which have ends to be inserted into a tubular terminal, and visually identifiable marks made on the windings to be used for confirming if the ends of the windings have been inserted into the tubular terminal up to a suitable depth. The marks of the armature of the present invention are made on portions of the windings which are always positioned at the outside of the terminal even when the ends of the windings are positioned at the inside of the tubular terminal.
