Connection device
A connection device for connecting an electrical or electronic component, which is accommodated in a thick-walled housing part, through a stepped bore in the wall of the housing part, includes a connection part having a stepped cylindrical body having a first cylindrical portion with a first outer diameter corresponding to the diameter of an inner bore portion of the stepped bore and a second cylindrical portion with a second outer diameter corresponding to the larger diameter of an outer bore portion, and a separate, essentially cylindrical contact carrier part fixed in the base body, which has contact pins protruding from an inner end face located on the inside of the thick-walled housing part. A fastener detachably fastens the connection part inserted in the stepped bore in the bore of the housing part.

Socket
A socket includes a housing with a bottom plate portion and a frame body portion standing at edges of the bottom plate portion and extending along the edges. The frame body portion serves as a locator in an in-plane direction of the bottom plate portion in mounting an electronic component. The bottom plate portion and the frame body portion are integrally molded into the housing. The socket includes a plurality of contacts supported by the bottom plate portion. The socket includes a spring member including a supported portion supported by a first side of the frame body portion and a spring portion that elastically deforms by being pushed by the electronic component, pressing the electronic component against a second side opposite to the first side.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR UPPER AND LOWER CONTACTS MADE FROM A SINGLE CONTACT CARRIER IN TWO GROUPS
An electrical connector includes an insulative housing having a tongue with two opposite surfaces and plural contacts with contacting portions exposed to the two opposite surfaces of the tongue. The plural contacts are originally formed from a same sheet metal to have one group of contacts thereof each with a respective contacting portion exposed to one surface of the front tongue and the other group of contacts thereof each with a respective contacting portion exposed to the other surface of the front tongue and the one group of contacts is situated beside the other group of contacts.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector has a base, a first power terminal, a second power terminal, and multiple signal terminals. The base has a connecting portion having a flat face divided into a first region and a second region. The first and the second power terminals are disposed within the first region of the connecting portion. The multiple signal terminals are disposed within the second region of the connecting portion. At least one signal terminal is apart from the first power terminal by a first distance, and at least one of the other signal terminals is apart from the second power terminal by a second distance. The second distance is larger than the first distance. Arrangement of the first power terminal, the second power terminal, and the multiple signal terminals prevents the first power terminal, the second power terminal, and the multiple signal terminals from interfering with one another.

CONNECTOR
In a connector having a housing and a plurality of terminals, the plurality of terminals is configured as surface mount terminals, and each surface mount terminal includes a terminal portion arranged inside the housing, a fixed portion fixed to the housing, and a mount portion soldered to a mount surface of a board. The surface mount terminals are arranged side by side from one side to the other side in a Y-direction when the connector mounted on the mount surface is viewed in an X-direction, and a surface mount terminal having the smallest length dimension from the mount portion to the fixed portion is arranged at the leftmost end in the Y-direction, and the length dimension from the mount portion to the fixed portion is larger or the same dimension according to the arrangement order from the left side to the right side in the Y-direction.
