Disclosed are a heating cable connecting device and a flexible heater employing the same, in which the heating cable connecting device insulates a heating cable applied to a flexible heater to connect the heating cable to a terminal unit and includes a cooling device configured to connect one end of the heating cable to one end of a connecting cable to form a cooling section and an insulating device configured to insulate an opposite end of the connecting cable to connect an opposite end of a lead wire having one end connected to the terminal unit to the opposite end of the connecting cable. The cooling device and the insulating device are provided on inside and outside surfaces of the flexible heater, respectively, so that a power supply line can be thermally and electrically insulated.

CONNECTOR WITH TETHERED CAPS

A submersible cable connector for connecting a plurality of cable ends is provided. The submersible cable connector includes a connector body and an encapsulation member covering the connector body. The connector body has one or more cable receiving apertures or cavities and one or more fastener receiving apertures in communication with the cable receiving apertures. The encapsulation member includes integrally molded tubular cable ports in communication with the cable receiving apertures, spaced apart tubular fastener ports in communication with the fastener receiving apertures, and tethered sealing cap assemblies monolithically or integrally formed into the encapsulation member, and each configured to seal respective one of the fastener ports.

A receptacle assembly includes a heat sink assembly for a receptacle cage for dissipating heat from a pluggable module plugged into the receptacle cage. The heat sink assembly includes fin plates and spacer plates arranged in a plate stack independently movable for engaging and conforming to the pluggable module. Each spacer plate includes a thermal interface at a bottom of the spacer plate engaging the pluggable module. Each fin plate includes a thermal interface at a bottom of the fin plate engaging the pluggable module. The fin plates include branched fin plates and unbranched fin plates. Each of the unbranched fin plates are planar between the bottom and the distal end thereof. Each of the branched fin plates are non-planar and include at least one bend between the bottom and the distal end thereof.

In the liquid cooling system for a charging gun, a head cooling assembly includes a head housing, a first head seal assembly, a second head seal assembly, and a third head seal assembly. The head housing is provided with a terminal port and a head inlet. The terminal passes through the terminal port and the connection end of the terminal is accommodated in the head housing. The head inlet is configured to enable a cable extend into the head housing to connect to the connection end of the terminal. The first head seal assembly is sealingly disposed at a joint between the connection end of the terminal and the cable. The second head seal assembly is sealingly disposed at the terminal port.

Provided is a liquid cooling system for a charging gun and a charging gun, relating to the technical field of charging guns. In the liquid cooling system for a charging gun, a head cooling assembly includes a head housing, a first head seal assembly, a second head seal assembly, and a third head seal assembly. The head housing is provided with a terminal port and a head inlet. The terminal passes through the terminal port and the connection end of the terminal is accommodated in the head housing. The head inlet is configured to enable a cable extend into the head housing to connect to the connection end of the terminal. The first head seal assembly is sealingly disposed at a joint between the connection end of the terminal and the cable. The second head seal assembly is sealingly disposed at the terminal port.
