MICRO-VIBRATION TERMINAL, PLUG-IN STRUCTURE, AND MOTOR VEHICLE
The present disclosure provides a micro-vibration terminal, a plug-in structure and a motor vehicle, the micro-vibration terminal including a terminal fixing portion, a vibration body and a connection arm all of which are disposed sequentially, and the vibration body is fixedly connected to the terminal fixing portion, the terminal fixing portion is used for being electrically connected to a cable; the connection arm includes an overhanging end and a fixed end, the fixed end is fixedly connected to the vibration body, the overhanging end is used for being in contact fit with a mating plug-in terminal; and the vibration body is provided with a recess. Through the present disclosure, it is able to alleviate the technical problem that a contact area of a plug-in terminal is easy oxidized, and a service life of the plug-in terminal is shortened.
CONNECTOR
A connector according to one aspect of the present disclosure comprises two connection terminals, two electric wires, a connector housing, a cover, and an interlock connector. The cover (70) has a cover terminal (92) and a storage part (91) where the cover terminal (92) is disposed. The interlock connector (200) has two first terminals (210), two second terminals (220), two flexible electric wires (230), a first housing (240), a second housing (250), and a holder (260). The holder (260) holds the first housing (240) and the second housing (250) such that each is movable in the plane direction. Each of the two flexible electric wires (230) has an excess length portion allowing movement of the first housing (240) and the second housing (250) in the plane direction. The connector housing has a fixing part that fixes the holder (260) in the interior of a cylindrical part (31).
CONNECTOR
A connector according to one aspect of the present disclosure comprises two connection terminals, two electric wires, a connector housing, a cover, and an interlock connector. The cover (70) has a cover terminal (92) and a storage part (91) where the cover terminal (92) is disposed. The interlock connector (200) has two first terminals (210), two second terminals (220), two flexible electric wires (230), a first housing (240), a second housing (250), and a holder (260). The holder (260) holds the first housing (240) and the second housing (250) such that each is movable in the plane direction. Each of the two flexible electric wires (230) has an excess length portion allowing movement of the first housing (240) and the second housing (250) in the plane direction. The connector housing has a fixing part that fixes the holder (260) in the interior of a cylindrical part (31).
Connection element and system having a connection element
A system has a connection element for the electrical connection of a first electrical assembly and a second electrical assembly. One of the assemblies is disposed in an explosion protected space and the connection element is arranged in an opening to the explosion protected space and closes the opening. The connection element has a cylindrical sleeve releasably arrangeable in a holder of the opening. The connection element has at least one printed circuit board in the cylindrical sleeve, with the printed circuit board having a plurality of conductor tracks for the electrical connection of the first electrical assembly and the second electrical assembly, with the connection element having a cast part. The printed circuit board is fixed and sealed in the cylindrical sleeve by means of the cast part, and with respective ends of the printed circuit board having the respective conductor tracks projecting from the cast part.
Junction box interface for weapon accessory remote control unit
A junction box for a weapon accessory device is provided for electrically coupling a remote control unit to the weapon accessory device, the remote control unit having one or more manually actuatable switches. The junction box comprises a housing having a mounting face and a connection face, wherein the mounting face is configured to face a complementary mounting surface of the weapon accessory device when the junction box is mounted to the weapon accessory device. The connection face is configured to couple to an electrical cable electrically coupled to the remote control unit. A plurality of electrical conductors are held within the housing and comprise mating contact portions disposed at the mounting face and configured to contact aligned contacts on the weapon accessory device.

Electrical enclosure
A sealed electrical enclosure for housing an electrical component is provided. In one exemplary embodiment, the sealed electrical enclosure includes a housing, a first and second electrical connector, an actuator, and a terminal. The housing has a sealed interior when a top portion is coupled to a bottom portion. The first electrical connector extends from the sealed interior through the bottom of the housing and is electrically coupled to the electrical component. The actuator extends from the sealed interior through the housing and is configured to manipulate the electrical component. The terminal is electrically coupled to the second electrical connector. The second electrical connector is configured to mate with the first electrical connector. The first and second electrical connectors are configured to be connected and disconnected to attach and remove the housing to and from the terminal.
