Electrical connector
An electrical connector may include a first terminal and a second terminal, which are adapted to be connected to together, and the first terminal has a first base, and a signal base and a spacer plate are formed in the first base. A plurality of guiding flanges protrude from the spacer plate, and the spacer plate has a plurality of pin holes thereon, and two plug rods separated by the spacer plate are installed in the first base. The second terminal comprises a second base, and a signal socket and two plug rod bases are formed in the second base, and the signal socket is connected to the two plug rod bases. Each of the plug rod bases has a plug hole, and a guiding space is formed between the two plug rod bases to receive the spacer plate.
Sustainable, High Flow Liquid Crystalline Polymer Composition
A polymer composition that comprises a polymer matrix containing a first liquid crystalline polymer that includes one or more monomers derived from bio-naphtha is provided. The polymer composition exhibits a melt viscosity of about 60 Pa-s or less as determined in accordance with ISO 11443:2021 at a shear rate of 1,000 seconds.sup.1 and temperature that is 15 C. higher than the melting temperature of the composition.
CONNECTOR WITH ELECTRIC WIRE
Provided is an electric-wire-equipped connector used for charging an electric vehicle or discharging the electric vehicle. The electric-wire-equipped connector includes a connector, an electric wire, and a connection part. The connector includes a rod-shaped terminal to be connected to a socket terminal provided in the electric vehicle. The terminal includes a first flow path through which a refrigerant flows inside the terminal. The electric wire includes a conductor, and a second flow path through which the refrigerant flows along a longitudinal direction of the conductor. The connection part connects the terminal and the conductor, and includes a third flow path that allows the first flow path and the second flow path to communicate with each other.
CONNECTOR WITH ELECTRIC WIRE
Provided is an electric-wire-equipped connector used for charging an electric vehicle or discharging the electric vehicle. The electric-wire-equipped connector includes a connector, an electric wire, and a connection part. The connector includes a rod-shaped terminal to be connected to a socket terminal provided in the electric vehicle. The terminal includes a first flow path through which a refrigerant flows inside the terminal. The electric wire includes a conductor, and a second flow path through which the refrigerant flows along a longitudinal direction of the conductor. The connection part connects the terminal and the conductor, and includes a third flow path that allows the first flow path and the second flow path to communicate with each other.
SHIELD CONNECTOR
A shield connector of a novel structure can stably exhibit desired heat dissipation performance in a shorter heat dissipation path by suppressing a reduction in heat dissipation performance due to an environmental temperature change. A shield connector 10 includes a terminal fitting 16 including a terminal connecting portion 14 to be connected to a mating terminal 12, an insulating housing 18 for accommodating the terminal fitting 16, a shield shell 20 for covering an outer surface of the housing 18, a heat dissipating portion 22 to be held in contact with the shield shell 20 on the outer surface side and held in contact with the terminal connecting portion 14 on an inner surface side in the housing 18, and a spring member 24 for pressing the terminal connecting portion 14 against the heat dissipating portion 22 and the shield shell 20.
SHIELD CONNECTOR
A shield connector of a novel structure can stably exhibit desired heat dissipation performance in a shorter heat dissipation path by suppressing a reduction in heat dissipation performance due to an environmental temperature change. BRACKET INTEGRATED WITH TERMINAL AND CHARGING DEVICE
Provided are a bracket integrated with a terminal, and a charging device. The bracket integrated with the terminal includes a bracket and at least one terminal, where an anti-rotation portion is disposed on the terminal and includes a first groove and/or a protrusion disposed on a side surface of the terminal, and the bracket is formed on at least part of the anti-rotation portion in an integral injection molding manner. According to the bracket integrated with the terminal provided by the present disclosure, the terminal and the bracket are integrally formed in an integral injection molding manner, such that a process of manually plugging the terminal into the bracket is omitted, and not only the yield can be improved, but also the costs can be reduced.
BRACKET INTEGRATED WITH TERMINAL AND CHARGING DEVICE
Provided are a bracket integrated with a terminal, and a charging device. The bracket integrated with the terminal includes a bracket and at least one terminal, where an anti-rotation portion is disposed on the terminal and includes a first groove and/or a protrusion disposed on a side surface of the terminal, and the bracket is formed on at least part of the anti-rotation portion in an integral injection molding manner.
