Self-centering polymeric washer that prevents misalignment when positioned between a feedthrough and a circuit board supporting EMI filter capacitors for a medical device
A self-centering washer is positioned between a feedthrough and a filter circuit board. The washer has openings through which first and second terminal pins extend. A first opening has an inner arcuate portion contacting the first terminal pin and an outer perimeter portion exposing the braze sealing the terminal pin to the insulator. A second opening has an inner arcuate portion contacting the second terminal pin and an outer perimeter portion exposing the braze sealing the terminal pin to the insulator. In an imaginary configuration with the first and second washer openings superimposed one on top of the other, the cumulative arcuate distance of the inner arcuate portions about one of the terminal pins, subtracting overlap, results in a gap between the superimposed washer openings that is less than a diameter of the first and second terminal pins so that the washer is prevented from lateral movement.

PLUG CONNECTOR, RUBBER MEMBER, AND RING MEMBER
A plug connector capable of increasing the sealing between a rubber member and an outer circumferential surface of a spark plug insulator for improvement in current leakage resistance. The plug connector includes a conductive part that electrically connects a spark plug and a power supply member for power supply to the spark plug; and a rubber member that covers the conductive part. The spark plug has an insulator and a terminal electrode protruding toward the rear from a rear end of the insulator. The plug connector further includes a ring member arranged on an outer circumference of the rubber member.

HIGH PRESSURE SEALED ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector includes a housing, a conductive pin, a first seal, and a sealant. The housing has a bore and first and second ends exposed at different pressures when in use. The bore extends between the first and second ends. The conductive pin is arranged within the bore and configured to engage a first wire at the first end and a second wire at the second end. The first seal is arranged around the conductive pin and engaged between the conductive pin and the bore to provide seal therebetween. The sealant is provided to fill the bore between the first end and the first seal. The sealant may be an epoxy-based sealant.
High-speed connector with electrical ground bridge
A high-speed electrical connector includes an insulating case, several signal terminals, several grounding terminals, an electrical bridge, and several resilient conductive buffers mounted in the insulating case. Each of the signal and grounding terminals has a fixing segment and a swing segment swingable with respect to the fixing segment. The electrical bridge corresponds to two of the grounding terminals. The conductive buffers are disposed on the electrical bridge and are respectively arranged in the swing paths of the swing segments. Each conductive buffer is configured to transform from an initial state to a deformation state by pressing. Each swing segment can swing to press the corresponding conductive buffer, causing the corresponding conductive buffer to be in the deformation state, thereby establishing an electrical connection path between the electrical bridge and the corresponding grounding terminals. In one example, the buffer can be formed of elastomer mixed with conductive particles.
