Electrical connector

An electrical connector comprises a housing defining a receiving slot adapted to receive a pin of a cluster block, and a connection terminal provided in the housing. At least one of the housing or the connection terminal defines an anti-shaking structure adapted to prevent the shaking of the electric connector with respect to the cluster block when the electrical connector is coupled with the cluster block.

An electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) charging station for charging a propulsion battery pack of an electric vehicle (EV) includes a charging cabinet, an electrical cable, a charge coupler, and a cradle operable for stowing the charge coupler. The charging station provides a charging voltage or current to the battery pack during a charging operation of the EV. The electrical cable has a distal end connected to the charging cabinet. The charge coupler is connected to a proximal end of the electrical cable and connects to a charge receptacle of the EV. The cradle includes at least one heating element connected thereto. The heating element is configured to selectively heat the cradle body in response to the environmental state of the cradle body being indicative of accumulated snow or ice on the charge coupler and/or the cradle body.

Connector

A connector includes a housing, a shell, and a holder. The housing has a terminal support that supports a terminal, and an electric wire accommodator through which the electric wire connected to the terminal passes. The shell is fitted on an outer side of the electric wire accommodator from an opposite side of the terminal support. The holder holds the electric wire and is fitted in an inner side of the electric wire accommodator. The electric wire accommodator includes a press-fitter that is press-fitted between the shell and the holder.

Connector

A connector includes a housing, a shell, and a holder. The housing has a terminal support that supports a terminal, and an electric wire accommodator through which the electric wire connected to the terminal passes. The shell is fitted on an outer side of the electric wire accommodator from an opposite side of the terminal support. The holder holds the electric wire and is fitted in an inner side of the electric wire accommodator. The electric wire accommodator includes a press-fitter that is press-fitted between the shell and the holder.

A welding foot portion of an conductor structure is welded with a circuit board; a back bending structure and a bending structure which are connected to each other are formed at a middle bending portion of the conductor structure; a first interference area and a second interference area are provided; a sliding insertion portion of the conductor structure is configured to be connected to a plug conductor of a plug connector; the back bending structure and the bending structure of the conductor structure are configured to be exposed between a socket lower shell and a socket upper shell in a floating mode when the first interference area is in close contact with the socket lower shell and the second interference area is in close contract with the socket upper shell.

A circular plug connector includes a plug shell having a cavity, a plug insert received in the cavity, and plug contacts held in the plug insert. The circular plug connector includes an outer coupling ring rotatable about the plug shell and having threads configured to be threadably coupled to a mating connector. The circular plug connector includes an anti-rotation mechanism between the plug shell and the outer coupling ring to resist rotation of the outer coupling ring relative to the plug shell. The anti-rotation mechanism includes a locking ball, a biasing member interfacing with the locking ball, and a clicker disk. The clicker disk includes a ring plate surrounding the plug shell and an array of dimples circumferentially spaced apart along the ring plate.
