20200235513 · 2020-07-23 ·

A power pin alignment and crimping fixture having a fixture body. The fixture body includes a plurality of channels each having a first open end and a second open end. The plurality of channels are disposed at an angle diverging away from one another in a direction from the first open end to the second open end such that each of the plurality of channels are disposed along a corresponding side edge of a symmetrical shape.

Modular electrical feedthrough

The present invention provides a modular electrical feedthrough system for use in offshore and top-side electrical submersible pump (ESP) installations. A modular electrical connection system includes a stab receptacle assembly for mating with a stab plug assembly and a compliance mount. The stab plug assembly includes stab plugs and guide funnels adapted to guide the stab receptacles into a mating position with the stab plugs. The compliance mount compensates for physical misalignment between stab receptacles and stab plugs. A tubing hanger assembly forms a pressure barrier at a production bore by use of a tubing hanger penetrator assembly including a set of seals to isolate the electrical penetrator from the production bore. A secondary penetrator assembly provides a redundant pressure barrier for increased safety and system reliability.

CONNECTOR

A connector includes: a casing that has a housing space, a through hole communicating the housing space with an external space, and an electric wire insertion hole, and that holds a connection terminal connected to a counterpart device; a wiring material that has a distal end part inserted into the housing space via the electric wire insertion hole and a conductor part exposed from a covering at the distal end part, the exposed conductor part being curved at a curved part and connected to the connection terminal; and a conductive voltage detection terminal that has a connection part connected to the exposed conductor part at a position closer to the covering than a curved part and a voltage detection part facing the through hole, and that is provided by branching from a conduction path between the connection terminal and the conductor part.

Wire harness

A wire harness has: wires each including a core wire that is formed from a conductor and an insulating covering that covers the outer periphery of the core wire; and an exterior material and a braided member, into which the wires are inserted. Each wire has a removed-covering section where the insulating covering has been removed partway in the longitudinal direction. The removed-covering section is covered by a webbed covering member, the outer periphery of which has insulating properties.

Connector

The present disclosure relates to a connector, including a connecting rod, a first female receptacle and a second female receptacle located on both sides of the connecting rod. The connecting rod includes a connecting rod body and a connecting rod terminal, the connecting rod body has a first latching groove and a second latching groove, and the connecting rod body is further provided with a plugging hole and an intermediate vent hole, the plugging hole is in communication with the first latching groove and the second latching groove, the connecting rod terminal extends through the plugging hole, and the intermediate vent hole is in communication with the first latching groove and the second latching groove.

CONNECTOR

A connector includes a housing member having a fitting part that houses a terminal and is fitted to a counterpart connector provided in a connection target and a fixed part that is fixed to a fixed wall surface of the connection target together with the fitting part in the state in which the fitting part has been fitted to the counterpart connector. The fixed part has through holes, which communicate with fastening holes formed in the fixed wall surface along a fitting direction between the fitting part and the counterpart connector and into which fastening bolts fastened to the fastening holes are inserted along the fitting direction, in the state in which the fitting part has been fitted to the counterpart connector, and a screw hole into which a separation member is screwed.

Simplified packer penetrator and method of installation

A packer penetrator assembly comprised of a proximal mandrel, an intermediate mandrel and a distal mandrel that can be quickly and efficiently assembled while preventing the migration of gases or fluids up the ESP cable through a well bore packer. These ESP cables can be spliced to power cables passing through a wellbore packer, a sealed electrical connection at a packer assembly. The packer penetrator also offers an adaptive or male to female crossover assembly that allows use of power cables of differing diameters and styles to be joined.
