Shock and vibration resistant bulkhead connector with pliable contacts
A high pressure and temperature, hermetically sealed bulkhead connector with pin and socket contacts for use in logging tools is described. The bulkhead connector comprises (a) one or more contact(s) placed within one or more channels wherein the channels provide a clearance path between contact(s) and bulkhead body and travel at least a partial longitudinal distance between proximal and distal ends. The contact(s) reside in the channel(s) and include at least; an optional movement limiter section, one central elongated section, and one fixed section where the contact(s) is attached to the bulkhead body at the distal end. The body correctly positions respective ends of the contact so that the body secures contact(s) to be parallel to each other and the contact(s) have terminal ends for connection. This arrangement provides at least one pivotable, pliable, free floating contact extending away from the fixed distal end of the bulkhead body.
CONNECTOR
A terminal fitting (60) includes a stabilizer (65) arranged on a first surface of a body (61) and configured to enter a guide groove (23) if the terminal fitting is in a proper insertion posture while restricting insertion by contacting a contact surface (24B) if the terminal fitting (60) is in an inverted insertion posture opposite to the proper insertion posture. The terminal fitting (60) includes a rattling preventing protrusion (66) arranged on a second surface of the body (61) opposite to the first surface and at a position overlapping the stabilizer (65) in a front-rear direction and capable of contacting facing upper wall surfaces (27) of a cavity (21) with the terminal fitting held in the inverted insertion posture and the stabilizer (65) held in contact with the contact surface (24B).

Power plug with leakage current protection device
A power plug with leakage current protection device, which includes a body formed of an upper cover and a base, a core assembly disposed in the body, a cable assembly attached to the body, a plurality of input insertion plates and output moving contact arms which are assembled with the core assembly, and an insertion plate sleeve disposed on the base, where the input insertion plates pass through the insertion plate sleeve to protrude from the base. The insertion plate sleeve is made of an insulating and temperature resistant material. The power plug has a simple overall structure and can be assembled easily and reliably. It can prevent the safety risk caused by high temperature of the input insertion plates without increasing the size of the plug. It also has low cost, and can be suitably employed in various types of power plugs.

Liquid-cooled contact element
An electrical contact element for a car charging plug connector is disclosed, which electrical contact element has a contact part and a connection part, wherein the connection part can be connected to an electrical conductor of a cable. Cooling liquid can be delivered to the contact element. As a result, the heat produced on the contact element is extracted directly. Therefore higher currents can be transmitted by such a contact element than by known contact elements.
